Newly Renovated Lanai! Gorgeous Fully Stocked 2 Bd/2Ba on Golf Course!


Welcome to our home in paradise! Start or end your day on the large peaceful (newly renovated) lanai - complete with wet bar and wine fridge - with a view of the golf course, pool area, and peek-a-boo ocean views. During our visit this summer, we replaced the wetbar, including new cabinetry, countertop, sink and backsplash:) We also updated the decor!

We are excited for you to visit our private (and quiet!) end unit, located on the Robert Trent Jones Jr. golf course in Waikoloa Village. As our second home, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom, two-story condo is well cared for. We constantly update/improve it with each visit to the Island (example above).

The spacious 1210 sf condo welcomes you with a large open living area and attractive 18-foot wood ceilings with fans for cooling comfort. You will feel at right at home in the well-stocked kitchen (including quality pots and pans, dishes, knives, spices, full-size fridge, cookware, microwave, Keurig and espresso machine, and dishwasher – to name a few). An oversize bedroom is located on the main level with 2 queen size beds adjacent to the tastefully renovated bathroom and full-size washer and dryer. Upstairs, the loft-style master bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with shower and separate vanity, enabling privacy for everyone. In addition, an in-home office area, complete with high speed Wi-Fi, is ready for you in the upstairs master if you need to work remotely during your stay. High quality memory foam mattresses and air conditioning units are located in both bedrooms, ensuring you sleep comfortably . The bedrooms and living each have their own smart TV and cable. Please note, this is a second-story condo, and there are stairs.

Most, if not all, of the beach supplies are here for your use, including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, a wagon, snorkel sets, and even sand toys. Our condo is also baby/toddler friendly, including baby locks, a baby gate, toddler bed, and booster seat!

Waikoloa Villas is a private, quiet, community with lavish tropical landscaping, two pools, cabana areas, and hot tubs, and gas BBQ grills. Golf, tennis, and shuffleboard are onsite at the Community Center. Guests can get discounted greens fees at the Village golf course and have free access to the Olympic-sized community pool right around the corner. Parking is unassigned and typically available right in front of the unit. Enjoy easy access with the keyless entry door!

The local grocery store is a quick two-minute drive away. Hapuna Beach, one of the best beaches on the island, is about a fifteen-minute drive away (as well as the best restaurants on Big Island)! From Waikoloa Village, guests can easily explore all the island has to offer, including a visit to the active volcano.

Some of the renovations/upgrades include: New wetbar/lanai decor (2025), new carpeting on stairs, new grout on main level tile, fresh paint in hall and stairwell (2024); new decor throughout, fresh paint in bedrooms, new loft decorative panels, and new towel racks and open shelving in main level bathroom, and new area rugs (2023). New LVT flooring throughout the upstairs and downstairs areas (2019). Kitchen: new quartz countertops, new sink, new backsplash, new electric range/oven. The cabinets have been recently painted with new pulls giving it a modern, fresh look (2019). Downstairs bathroom: New vanity, new fixtures, completely renovated shower/tub combination, new cabinetry, and new lighting (2019) Downstairs bedroom: New window coverings, new large fan, and portable a/c unit (2019). All interior doors have been upgraded to solid wood shutter doors (2019). Electrical panel was upgraded (2017).

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional Non-Refundable fee.

We try to keep our fees to an absolute minimum. The "property fee" is to pay for the 4% general excise tax required to be paid to the State of Hawaii that is not collected by VRBO.

Could have mentioned that it was not having Central air before we paid.And then we weren't able to stay in the master bedroom after the first night because we were so hot.In the main living room, the fan barely spends.And so when we watched t v , we sweated for the first four days , it just not enough ventilation

What a fantastic find! This place is a true Hawaiian gem, and the owners have thought of everything. Our mornings were a peaceful dream—we'd wake up to the quiet view from the lanai with our coffee and just soak it all in.The attention to detail here is incredible. From the well-stocked kitchen with every gadget you could need to the ample supply of paper goods and cleaning products, we never had to run to the store for basics. The beach closet was a lifesaver, filled with chairs, towels, coolers, and everything else we needed for a day at our favorite nearby beaches.After exploring the local beaches and attractions, we loved retreating back here with great local carryout food from the many fine restaurants and the well stocked KTA grocery. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. And the evening ritual of unwinding in the hot tub and pool was the perfect way to cap off each day in paradise. It's truly a home away from home, and we can't wait to return.

Amazing--beautiful, immaculate property!!

For the first time in a long time, this property exceeded my expectations. My family and I came to stay on the Big Island after having rented similar Vrbo condos on Oahu, Kauai, and Maui. This condo was the BEST BY FAR. It was very clean, meticulously maintained, and had everything my family needed with respect to towels and amenities. It is evident that the property owners take great pride in their condo. Communication with Rachael was great. She promptly answered all questions I had and offered helpful information with respect to check-in and check-out procedures. I highly recommend this property, especially for folks like me who appreciate a clean place that is exactly as the listing states (and more). No Stairs for ME

We didn't know that there were at least 20 steps to the front door of the unit. Being 76 and 70 was a huge surprise. Thank goodness a couple who are there a lot offered to help us get the bags up. When we left at 6 am, my sister in-law, who is the 70-year-old, brought all our luggage down.

Great condo , Great location

This is a well stocked and comfortable condo . The pictures are very accurate as to the condition of the property. Beds were decent and the furniture is of good quality and comfortable. Plenty of cable and streaming options on the three large flatscreen tv's. The big plus for us was the location. Waikoloa village is a quiet and upscale place with a KTA grocery store as well as a new strip mall with some dining options. The Big Island is just that....very big. If you want to explore the island by car, Waikoloa village is pretty central , 20 minutes to the best sandy beaches on the Island , Hapuna and A bay . A bay is a big resort area with dining and shopping about 10 minutes away. 40 minutes to Kona , 20 minutes from the saddle road which will get you to Hilo and the Volcano park in a couple hours. Its about 20 minutes from Waimea which has two grocery stores as well as dining options and its just plain nice up there. For us it was a nice condo in a great location and we would recommend it for those that want to explore the island or be in a quiet place that isn't too busy.

Waikoloa Villas Rental

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Waikoloa Villas VRBO. The dwelling was well appointed with all of the necessary appliances, cookware, dishes and silverware, etc. They even stocked necessities such as a wide array of seasonings, rice, etc. The furnishings and decor were very pleasant. The property was in a very nice neighborhood and it was in close proximity to shopping, dining, the highway, and a golf course.

Very nice condominium in a nice area

A very nice condominium, well equipped with everything we needed and lots of space. Very nice furnished and decorated with a well equipped kitchen. Nice lanai with both dining table and lounge chairs. A lot of beach gear and chairs to borrow during the vacation. A couple of minutes drive to a well stocked grocery store and nice restaurants in Waikoloa Village. A short drive to a lot of good beaches for bathing and snorkeling. We had a lovely and enjoyable stay and we would love to come back. It is one of the best and nicest condominiums we have rented during our many vacations to Hawaii.

Right code

We flew for 10 1/2 hours from New Jersey another hour at the airport and another half hour to get to the location. Wrong code was given property manager never return my call during trying to call her for the correct code on site property person used his own key to get Us in before nightfall besides that everything was excellent, including the location and the amenities. I only say it the way it is.

Great time on the Kohala Coast.

My wife and I usually stay one of the big ocean side resorts, decided to try VRBO. Waikoloa Village is different, quiter and little cooler weather. The condo was awesome, reminded us of our own condo in the mountains. Super clean, all the amenities, everything was easy. Staying at a condo away from resort made us get out and explore more, and we found new things to do even though it was our 6th time on the Big Island. Awesome vacation.

Perfectly comfortable!!!

This condo was exactly as described! Beds were very comfortable, it had EVERYTHING you could ever need or want in the kitchen, the outdoor locker was stocked with beach supplies, parking was convenient and the complex (while older) worked for my family… pools were clean, warm and unbusy! Golf was close, there is a local grocery store close and the location is only a short drive from the beach!!!

Absolutely Perfect

We were extremely happy with the rental!! The check-in process was so easy and check out was absolutely fantastic. Contact with the owner was perfect! Easy, fast, friendly It had absolutely everything we needed, all the beach equipment was so huge for us and so so nice. The house is stocked with everything you need which cuts down on spending so much money with the cost of eating out. The place felt like home super comfortable Grocery store is super close nearby which is so very convenient. The most amazing beaches on the island were just 15 to 25 minutes away. The rental was really central to so many locations under an hour to go to Mount Loa sunset and star gazing, and up the north coast to the Pololu hike, or drive to Captain Cook Monument to do the hike to the snorkelling. And 40 minutes to the night manta ray snorkeling boat launch. And only 30 minutes to the airport We highly recommend it and would definitely come back.
