La casa "Blue Wave" è un resort di fronte all'oceano unico nel suo genere, situato nella comunità di Kolea. Questa bellissima casa con 4 camere da letto è stata costruita su misura per trasformare in realtà tutti i sogni di un paradiso sull'oceano. La casa è a pochi metri dalle pozze di marea della baia protetta di Anaeho'omalu, dove puoi fare snorkeling, kayak o pagaiare in piedi fuori dalla tua porta sul retro. La via d'ingresso è fiancheggiata da stagni koi e viste sull'oceano attraverso le pareti di vetro. All'interno, gli ospiti godono di ispirare arredi e opere d'arte moderna che conferisce stile e carattere a questa casa. Le porte a scomparsa completamente apribili aprono la zona giorno principale alla piscina e all'oceano per una vita interna / esterna senza interruzioni. La cucina dispone di ripiani in granito, una stufa da cuoco, elettrodomestici Wolf e una vicina griglia all'aperto.

Gli ospiti apprezzeranno i temi particolari di ogni camera da letto. La Grand Master Suite si affaccia sull'oceano e dispone di una vasca idromassaggio coperta. Ha un letto king size e un grande ufficio privato di fronte all'oceano per tenere il passo con il lavoro mentre sei lontano. Il Gran Maestro Suite è decorata con rilassanti blu mare con un bellissimo lampadario in vetro soffiato per illuminazione d'atmosfera sognante. L'enorme bagno principale vanta una grande vasca in pietra, una doccia separata per 2 persone, una doccia esterna, due lavabi e una cabina armadio.

Il secondo master è chiamato il 'camera Island' ed è costruito in legno tropicale e finiture di bambù. Presenta un letto king a baldacchino, una TV a schermo piatto e un bagno privato. La terza camera da letto o la 'Modern Room' ha un letto matrimoniale, TV a schermo piatto e un bagno privato. La camera da letto 4 è la 'camera Nippon' fatto in uno stile giapponese. Ha anche un letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato. Ci sono tv in tutte le camere tranne la sala Nippon e ogni camera ha l'accesso esterno. Altre caratteristiche bonus di questa proprietà unica includono un teatro domestico che può ospitare 12 persone, una sala di meditazione con una vasta biblioteca di libri e un campo da basket a metà campo nella parte anteriore della casa.

Beautiful

We were a multigenerational family. Home worked out great for everyone. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures. Have stayed on the big island many times. This was a fantastic location; private, yet close to so much. The home just sold and it’s getting ready for a remodel. Hopefully this will fix the issues we had on our vacation, such as problems with the lights and electronics.The management company was wonderful to work with.If the home stays a rental, would definitely rent again

Spectacular View

Amazing house with a spectacular view which deserve 5 stars alone. House does have a few issues like the propane gas. Three engineers all agree it’s likely the main regulator at the tank which cause the oven, grill, and Tiki torches to all starve for gas. The water pressure is disappointing and needs a booster pump and limiting the AC to 72 works fine during the day but causes it to get uncomfortably humid at night. Otherwise beautiful property and well equipped property.

Enjoyed our stay

My family had a very nice time here. The house is as advertised. Looked great inside. The backyard pool was used often. The location was great with gorgeous views of the ocean and sunset. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of towels. The gas grill in the backyard was not very hot. It maxed out at 250 degrees F. Overall, we would come back here again!

Beautiful Property

This was a beautiful home. I loved it as did our family and friends. I had a hard time leaving this little spot of paradise. The management company was very helpful and responsive to all our needs. Would stay again in a minute.

Great location. Well appointed.

This is a beautiful and convenient location with easy access to beaches and hiking tails and walking distance to shops and restaurants. It is an interesting and uniquely designed home. The floor plan accommodates couples with four private bedroom suites. The home is a bit dated with a few minor hiccups you might expect from an older home. So minor we worked around them rather than call management. Management was kind and responsive when our flight was cancelled causing us to miss the first night and were flexible with us at check out. The process was smooth and just what they described. We would go back and recommend to friends.

Hawaii paradise

We had a wonderful stay at the Blue Wave in the Kolea resort area on the Big Island. The home is wonderful. Full of modern amenities and entertainment options. We filled the home with music every day and watched movies after the sun went down. The sliding glass doors allow the home to literally open to the sea and the sound and feel of the ocean waves rolled right into the living room.

Wonderful property

We truly enjoyed this property. Location couldn’t have been better and we loved the beach access and ocean views from the house. Beautiful place. Only minor problems with several items not working and it looked as if cleaning crew was just in a hurry. Overall, we would highly recommend this property for a wonderful vacation place.

Great Family vacation property

Loved this house! The house had plenty of room for the three generations we took on this family holiday. Lots of room for the babies to run around and play - as well as lots of room for the adults to have some quiet time! All bedrooms were big and had private bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked and the house was clean and easy to operate. Great location close to restaurants and shopping and areas to walk

What a wonderful experience. From the moment you walked in the door you could not help but relax and feel at peace. The house was equipped with anything you could possible imagine. The location was perfect. We had an amazing time and would not hesitate to go back. The electronics were complicated but we did somewhat get the hang of it. The movie theater was comfortable. We were not able to enjoy it much as some of the DVDs were missing and some were "unreadable" and would not play. We could not find a rental place anywhere so spent time watching on demand TV shows.

Wonderful Property

The property worked great for our family of three couples and a one-year-old. The pool and spa were perfect for lounging together with the covered veranda/lounge. Being right on the water is wonderful even though we were happy enough to stay by the pool most of the time. The home is uniquely decorated to a high standard throughout and its size provided privacy for each couple. The home theater was fun and unique for family entertainment. Overall; high quality, spacious, great kitchen, something for everyone, walking distance to shops and steps from the beach/shoreline.
