Questo �� un condominio meravigliosamente aggiornato nel villaggio di Waikoloa con vista sull'oceano!  Non perdete l'occasione di soggiornare qui e godervi i tramonti tranquilli sul lanai che si affaccia sul campo da golf di Trent Jones con 180 viste sulla costa.  Questo complesso offre le migliori viste nel villaggio!  



Questa unità si trova nei condomini del villaggio, proprio di fronte alla piscina condominiale, ai campi da tennis e alla club house del golf. L'unità ha una splendida vista sulla costa dal lanai ed è proprio sul campo da golf. Perfetto per la coppia che desidera rilassarsi, distendersi e godersi la Big Island. C'è una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale, un comodo soggiorno con porte scorrevoli in lanai per espandere il tuo spazio abitativo all'esterno! 



C'è una cucina rinnovata con tutto il necessario per cucinare, elettrodomestici moderni e aperti sul soggiorno.  Cucina e goditi il panorama allo stesso tempo!

Perché stare nel villaggio di Waikoloa ?! 

È la città perfetta da creare come base di partenza.  Mentre il Villaggio domina la costa di Kohala ed è protetto dalle montagne, qui si trova il miglior clima dell'isola!  I temp sono costantemente negli anni '80 tutto l'anno.  La pioggia è a volte e quando succede, ci rallegriamo tutti!  La notte scende negli anni '70 e durante i mesi invernali, negli anni '60.  Il villaggio di Waikoloa riceve grandi brezze, motivo per cui la maggior parte dei condomini e delle case non dispone di aria condizionata.  Basta aprire tutte le finestre e le porte e otterrai una meravigliosa brezza trasversale!   



Cosa fare mentre qui?

Sei situato a pochi passi dal villaggio di Waikoloa con un negozio di alimentari KTA.  Questo è il perfetto mercatino con macellaio, gastronomia, prodotti da forno e frutta e verdura fresche dell'isola.  Se hai dimenticato qualcosa, KTA ha anche oggetti peronali / da toeletta.  Nello stesso centro commerciale, c'è una caffetteria, una banca, una food court con cibo messicano, cinese e in stile isolano.  Inoltre, un meraviglioso ristorante chiamato Pueo's con un happy hour dalle 17 alle 18.  Non perdetevi l'happy hour del Waikoloa Restaurant & Bar o la loro serata kereoke!   



Alla ricerca di più opzioni alimentari?  Percorri la strada per la spiaggia e troverai Tommy Bahamas, Ruth Chris, Roy's, Tropical Ale House e Lava Lava Beach club con ristoranti sull'oceano.  



Ti serve una soluzione per lo shopping?  Divertiti nei negozi King & Queens dove troverai Tiffany, Na HoKu, Macy, gallerie d'arte e altro ancora.  Inoltre, un cinema per quei keiki mentre fai acquisti! 



Dovresti percorrere i 20 minuti in auto su per la montagna fino alla città di Waimea, dove troverai un birrificio artigianale, Big Island Brewhaus, con la loro ottima birra e non dimenticare di provare i loro bocconcini di pesce!  Waimea offre anche negozi, un mercato agricolo e splendide viste lussureggianti.  



Scendi a Kona, dove ti godrai la Kona Brewing Company, le spiagge, i negozi locali e una passeggiata lungo Ali'i Drive vicino all'oceano.  Non dimenticare di fermarti a Costco, Target o Walmart mentre sei a Kona.  



Arrivare dall'altra parte dell'isola è facile da Waikoloa.  Salta su Saddle Road e vai a Hilo.  Vedrai quanto è diversa l'isola che attraversa Saddle Rd, dove ci sono campi di lava su entrambi i lati e sembra la luna.  Ma quando ti avvicini a Hilo, è verde e lussureggiante!  Mentre sei sul lato est dell'isola, controlla le cascate di Akaka, la valle di Waipi'o, la cantina Volcano e, naturalmente, il parco nazionale dei vulcani. 



Ti piace giocare a golf? 

Il campo da golf Waikoloa Village si trova proprio accanto al condominio!  È stato progettato da Robert Trent Jones Jr ed è un par 72. Gioca a 6.791 iarde e si trova ad un'altitudine di 1.000 piedi che domina la bellissima costa di Kohala. Sarai in grado di ricevere tariffe scontate come ospite al condominio.  Ci sono altri bellissimi campi da golf nella zona: Makani Golf Club, Hamakua Country Club, Kona Country Club, solo per citarne alcuni. 

 

Spiagge! 

Belle spiagge sono a pochi minuti di distanza.  A-Bay è un favorito con un litorale sabbioso che ha un ingresso d'acqua graduale.  Beach 69, Beach 49 e Hapuna State Park sono tutti raggiungibili in 15 minuti dal condominio.

The host did not contact me in advance, and I had no contact information. After a 6-hour flight, I had to spend half an hour on the phone with a Vrbo agent to obtain the instructions to access the unit. Additionally, the bathroom was not well-cleaned. I had booked the property for two adults, but despite the listing stating that towels would be provided, there was only one set. There was also only one small pack of low-quality shampoo/conditioner for the entire stay. Although a coffee maker was advertised, there were no coffee pods provided, rendering it useless. Moreover, there wasn’t even a single water bottle available. Considering these issues, the property felt very overpriced.

The view from this Waikoloa Condo's lanai is second to none! From enjoying the star filled sky over a morning cup of coffee to the colorful sky at sunset with the Pacific ocean as your backdrop . . . nothing can compare. The unit has everything you need for a day at the beach (chairs, snorkel gear, mats, cooler), a generous supply of towels, and all of the necessities to make your visit seem like home. We highly recommend this condo for your next Big Island getaway.

My husband and I had a great stay in Waikaloa Village. Loved that it was away from the busyness of Kona but still super close to drive to everything and not feel so removed from it all. Loved the beaches and shopping that were close by. The grocery store down the street was nice and convenient. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and having coffee on the lanai every morning. Our stay was very refreshing. Would definitely stay again.

We’ve stayed in other units in this complex and love the location. Watching the sunset is spectacular. Kitchen supplies were great and other than not having dishwasher detergent for the first 4 days, everything else was there. The cable didn’t work in the living room, and that was fixed within a few days. The kitchen sink wouldn’t drain, and we didn’t hear from the management company for over 24 hours after we’d left a message. Luckily my husband cleared the pea trap himself and that took care of the problem. The floors weren’t very clean. I wiped up some water on the bathroom floor the day we checked in and the towel was dirty when I picked it up. Some things that could use improvement: an umbrella for the lanai table to allow sitting on the lanai in the evening. It’s too hot and there’s no protection from the sun. Outdoor chaise lounges would be really nice too. There needs to be a curtain on the very large floor to ceiling window near the kitchen. No privacy. We would definitely stay here again, so none of these issues were concerning enough to cause significant disappointment. It’s a good location with good amenities.

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It’s beautifully decorated, with all the things you need to live here. The golf course, swimming pool, grocery store and restaurants are very conveniently located. We loved how close Waikoloa Resort beach was, as well as the The Queens Market Place there. Jane, the manager, was very nice and helpful with any questions or concerns that we had. The only issue we had was that the bed was a little to hard for us. Overall though, its a great place to stay.

Pre-arrival info was very helpful as was the personal phone call to make sure all my questions were answered. The unit was located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with a lovely view of the golf course and ocean. I rarely used the air conditioner because there was a cool breeze every evening. I highly recommend this condo.

The property is somewhat dated and needs some TLC. Some of the cook top burners did not work. Numerous windows would not open or close completely due to rust. Mainly the bathroom window would not close, and therefore it was cold and windy in the bathroom. There were only 2 thin worn face towels in the unit. There was virtually no beach equipment, except in the owners area which had a Keep Out sign. This felt very unwelcoming.

The living area was spacious but the kitchen, bath and bedroom were small. The bath room walls were dirty and had cobwebs, it definitely need paining. The living room area was light and nice and the view great.

Good value, clean, great sunset view. Somewhat dated building and village complex but unit was nicely updated, air-conditioned and bug-free. Information within the unit lacking or too vague with regard to things like wireless, pool location and expected role in laundry/incremental laundry fees. Kitchen simply adequate. Lacks a BBQ and any beach/recreation extras beyond towels. Thank you for the recycling area! Nice to have grocery and a few restaurants nearby given its 30m from Waikoloa Resort area and beach. Alert: On the exterior stairwell to this 2nd floor unit, we found ourselves constantly tripping on the top step whether a raised stair edging or a higher stair than the others. Overall, we were happy with our stay here.

The condo was comfortable with great views. However, on day one we found the shower drain was clogged. On day 3 we had refridgerator and window blind issues. The refridgerator wasn’t cooling or freezing properly and the bedroom mini blind was stuck in the down position. The drain and fridge were fixed but the mini blind wasn’t. Then with 3-4 days left of our stay we started finding roaches in the living room, kitchen counter and kitchen drawer. I understand that things happen and maybe they all just happened at once. The management company was very responsive but these are things you don’t want to deal with while you are on vacation. The initial rental process was confusing along with confusing follow up communication from the management company. There was also a late booking fee that I wasn’t informed of. I booked almost a month in advance. You would think that getting a renter would be better than letting it sit vacant but I was penalized for renting the condo. I was also told that the damage deposit was refundable but it turns out it doesn’t appear to be refundable. These issues were inconvenient but Hawaii is an awesome place to visit and we had a great time. Hopefully the management company can fix the issues with then condo and their confusing communications.
