The Space:
Enjoy peace, quiet, and all the pampering you need with this upscale Waikoloa home. You'll be only a short drive from some of the area's finest beaches, and enjoy perks like two shared pools, a hot tub and a tennis court.
Nestled in a quiet area in western Waikoloa, you're only a few minutes away from pristine sands and the gentle rhythm of the ocean. Waiulua Bay's breathtaking beaches are lined with restaurants, cafés, and the chance to play with local marine life at Dolphin Quest Hawaii. Unwind at the popular Lava Lava Beach Club, or grab your clubs for a day at the Francis H. I'i Brown Golf Course!
Settle down in the well-appointed living area, where free WiFi and a cable TV provide plenty of entertainment. Fresh air awaits on the lanai, while the kitchen comes equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher. All the beds are roomy enough for guests of all ages to rest and relax.

Plus, when you want to grab a bite to eat or explore the local shops in town, you can make your way a mile to the main drag of the area.

Each building will take approximately two weeks to complete, and the entire property is expected to take about one year. Ac was good, fans mostly were enough. Great location. Furniture dated not so comfy. Loved having the garage. Fairly well equipped kitchen, pots and pans could be replaced with one full set rather than odds and ends . Master bath shower very small. All pros and cons aside, thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Perfect condition, tranquil and perfect for intense relaxation
Great calming view of the golf course, perfect layout for small family, pool sometimes too crowded later in the day and evening, snorkeling and beach equipment very good, would have liked a couple of bycicles, will visit again for sure.

Great location and house was super nice and clean.
This was our second time staying at the Colony Villas and we love the privacy, the layout of the town houses and the pool. Being right on one of the best golf courses in Hawaii and only a mile walk to the beach is also a plus.

Great place, roomy, well maintained.
Spacious interior for relaxing and enjoying Hawaiian lifestyle. Close to restaurants and other shopping needs. Close to airport. Easy to travel to all parts of the island. Pool and exercise facility a stroll down the street.

Perfect vacation home
We loved this place. We stayed for a week and it had everything we needed. Coffee on the bedroom balcony, meals outside the main level. We especially appreciated how quiet it was. Would definitely go back.
