“The property was spacious and there was plenty of pool/beach chairs available. The rooms and shared areas were all clean to a high standard. The staff we encountered were friendly. The views from this property were beautiful. Also a short walk to local shops and other restaurants.”

“Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday.
The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow".
In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!!
The hotel at some point was also out...

“Don't waste your money and time at this Outrigger - terrible beach (definitely no swimming). Rooms are dated and staff are not very friendly/helpful. Restaurants: nothing to write home about but very expensive. Note: they charge a RESORT FEE and PARKING FEES. Resort fee for what??? Plus you can only park in their pay parking lot - no other choice. Terrible location ”

“Room was immaculate and exactly what was advertised. Property is incredible in every way. We already put money down for our next stay. Resort isn’t cheap but has everything you could want available. It’s a very very steep path to the nearby beach, but it’s well worth it.”

“Extremely friendly and responsive staff. Well maintained rooms, pools and grounds. Food, drink and marketplace offer delicious and thoughtful options. Fantastic location for all you’d want to do in Kauai, but you could also stay and never need to leave the property. The design of property, especially pool areas, were a safe place for our kids to play and roam. Staying at Koloa Landing Resort is one of the best family vacation experiences we’ve had.
