“The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful so kudos to them. The restaurant situation needs work. My first night there all the kitchens were closed which around 6pm, so I had to order take out. Then another night I tried to order room service and it wasn’t available when it was still early the afternoon. Despite those hiccups it was a peaceful stay.”

“Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!! The hotel at some point was also out...

“Had an amazing view of the pool and ocean. Room was nice. Some minor maintenance issues. Restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was amazing. I definitely recommend the Polynesian French Toast. Hotel was undergoing remodeling.”

“This is our second stay at this property and it is as beautiful as I remembered it. We were quite relaxed as soon as we checked in. We were in a studio with a Murphy bed but it wasn’t too bad as we were out most of the day. Our next door neighbors were quite noisy and we alerted the Front Desk and it was remedied quickly by putting up a sound barrier between the connecting doors. We forgot to unplug and take home our Roku stick which did not dawn on us until we returned home. Kudos to Matt in...

“No one told us of the 40$ a day parking. I went back to Expedia and checked. I was wrong , it said 30$ a day.. I wish the receptionist would’ve told us upon check in. Other than that, it was a beautiful stay!”

“Great place to stay if you are in Kauai! Staff were incredibly helpful and we felt comfortable. The place is gorgeous with great views of the ocean. There isn't a sandy beach that is part of the resort, just a rocky one. However, there is a beach with sand nearby that visitors frequent.”
