Grazie per aver guardato la nostra lista! Il nostro condominio al piano terra dispone di 2 camere da letto 2 bagni e un divano letto. 6 posti letto. È DIRECT OCEANFRONT & BEACHFRONT con viste incredibili !!! Patio privato con vista sull'oceano! Questa unità è immacolata e l'orgoglio della proprietà è evidente in tutto. Il villaggio di Maalaea è un gioiello con la sua posizione centrale e i suoi fantastici alisei. Forniscono una brezza di raffreddamento che mantiene le temperature giuste.

Motivi paesaggistici con piscina e barbecue. Ogni stress che hai si scioglierà. Scivola nella piscina e goditi la vista sull'oceano mentre ti rilassi al sole di Maui.

Posizione centrale perfetta per esplorare l'isola! Oppure prenditi un giorno per rilassarti e osservare le tartarughe verdi che rotolano nel surf o che si alzano in aria, anche prendendo il sole sulla spiaggia. Nei mesi invernali (novembre-aprile) avrai un posto in prima fila per violare le balene mentre tornano alle isole per dare alla luce, allattare e giocare con i loro piccoli!

Alla fine del nostro vicolo cieco è Sugar Beach, a 2-3 minuti a piedi dall'unità. Sugar Beach ha il tratto di spiaggia sabbiosa più lungo di Maui. 5 miglia di sabbia appartata per camminare, correre e spiaggia. Sugar Beach è molto isolata e non ha quasi mai folle. La spiaggia di zucchero è protetta dalla strada dagli stagni pieni di uccelli del Kealia Wildlife Refuge. È così incredibile camminare su questa spiaggia e sentire letteralmente di avere tutto per te!

Una passeggiata di 5 minuti nella direzione opposta vi porta al porto di Maalaea, dove troverete un piccolo negozio di alimentari, palestra, gastronomia, ristoranti e il Maui Ocean Center (l'attrazione turistica numero 1 di Maui), la Pacific Whale Foundation, il minigolf, lo shopping e la maggior parte delle attività oceaniche disponibili a Maui (osservazione delle balene, crociere con cena al tramonto, pesca d'altura e tour di snorkeling). Situato in posizione centrale a Maalaea, rende facile raggiungere qualsiasi punto dell'isola. A circa 15 minuti dall'aeroporto, a 5 minuti in auto a sud e ci si trova a Kihei e un po 'più avanti, le località di Wailea. Venti minuti a ovest è l'antico villaggio baleniero di Lahaina, con i suoi numerosi negozi e il magnifico Banyan Tree! Non potresti essere in una posizione migliore per esplorare tutto ciò che Maui ha da offrire!

Condo was the perfect fit for our family of 8! Great views, nice pool and grilling setup and location was great! Right in the middle of everything. The extra amenities that were provided was greatly appreciated!

Close to pool and beach

Really enjoyed our family stay. The host provided a lot of essentials to make our stay comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed the short walk to the pool and beach. We loved grilling outside. Would stay here again. Thank you for making our vacation memorable.

Awesome location

Beautiful beach only steps away. The marina is within walking distance as well as the harbor shops, aquarium, and restaurants. The place was very clean, very spacious. There were 8 of us, and were very comfortable. Really recommend waking up early for a walk on the beach or down to the harbor. The sunrise is stunning.

loved maui

Loved our visit to maui. Great amenities, location was nice and central to everything. Freezer seal was broken, had to make sure it was in place each time we opened freezer. Was disappointed to find out there was a fee after 6 people which was not disclosed in listing. (listing said 8 people) Host did make this right. While one bathroom needs some updating it is a great location and worth the stay. Thank you again to our host.

A little known piece of paradise

This condo, and its location, was perfect. The grounds and the swimming pool were meticulously attended to everyday. The state park and beach are a short walk and provides great snorkeling, swimming and an opportunity to observe & swim with sea turtles. Nearby Maalaea Harbor has an aquarium, shopping, and three excellent restaurants. It is where you arrange whale watching, snorkeling and sunset cruises. The kitchen was recently remodeled with beautiful countertops and a large washer and dryer. The furniture was very comfortable and the dining area had a large table for eating or game playing. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels on Maui and would chose to return to Kanaii A Nalu.

Great location

The property was in a good location on the beach with great views and centrally located. The unit is comfortable and spacious for a 2 bedroom place. While everything was clean, overall the carpet and furniture were just very worn with multiple stains on the carpet and sofa. It definitely isn't "immaculate" as the description would suggest but it was perfectly fine for what it was and as a reasonable price point. It was nice having beach towels and chairs which was very convenient. The hosts were very communicative and kind - we appreciated their flexiblity and compassion.

Lovely Location

This property is a wonderful sanctuary right in central Maui. Lots of elder folks here, not the best fit for small / young families (elderly locals not too keen on the little ones) but the apartment / location is amazing and the folks running the VRBO were AMAZING

Nice and quiet! Away from tourists.

We liked the feel of being away from all the tourists. We enjoyed the quiet private type feel. There were some roaches as soon as we checked in the house! We. let the owners know right away. He said they had just had the place sprayed and would contact the building manager. My husband went and bought bug spray and he sprayed the whole area i around the condo. We didn’t see anymore during our stay. Very close to the beach and beautiful views!

Really nice location

The complex location was perfect for us. We wanted quiet walkable area with easy access to all areas of island. The unit was comfortable for four a bit tight for six adults. The only AC unit is in main living area, so in order to cool down bedrooms and keep humidity bearable it was super chill in living room. We had a bit of a learning curve with refrigerator; warning follow the instructions left and have someone look at it each night or you will wake up to a puddle and warm food! The pool was really nice as is the property. We saw whales from the lawn! The unit is fully accessible for easy wheelchair or scooter entry. The grounds have curb cuts and ADA parking spots. Sounds from children and roosters were loud in courtyard but the Homeowner Association was strict about noise levels and pool behavior which we really appreciated. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks for a wonderful week!

Excellent property

Very functional and clean unit. It was nice to be located in an area that made for quick sight seeing of different areas of the island. It was a short drive to kihei, Lahaina, Paia, and Wailea. We never walked to the harbor but it was less than a mile with a few restaurants and some cute shops. The hosts were very pleasant to communicate with and checked in with us upon arrival and during the stay as well. The unit also had a pack n play which I didn’t see on the listing so it made for even easier sleeping arrangements than we had expected for our kids. The pool was very clean and never crowded. The beach access was down a couple properties but great for digging in the sand or dipping feet in the waves. The whales were visible from the courtyard. So cool! Parking was always very easy. Having access to the beach towels and chairs right at the unit as well as some shared kids beach toys available near the pool made for a very family friendly visit. We would happily stay again. It was a great place, especially for the price!

Cleaning crew needs to be more attentive

Overall, the condo was ok to stay in. Beds were comfortable, but sheets were stained. Furniture is outdated and not as bright and new as in the pictures. I let the owners know of a few details that they needed to pass on to their cleaning crew. All were found upon arrival and I took pictures. - both toilets were dirty (back of seats and attachments) and we found hair on one of them. - hair was found in two bath towels in bathroom adjacent to Queen bedroom. - mold on ceiling of bathroom in king bedroom. - thick layer of dust above bathroom door in king bedroom - layer of dust on concrete wall behind bathroom door in King bathroom. - white towels were dingy looking. Cleanliness was a big factor in our rating. We would not return here.
