Esplora l'isola da questo condominio situato in posizione centrale sulla spiaggia a Ma'alaea, comodo per la maggior parte delle attrazioni di Maui con un tempo di permuta da 15 a 40 minuti. (L'Heavenly Hana e il summit di Haleakala sono ulteriori, ma ne vale la pena). Il resort è isolato, tranquillo e offre un ottimo rapporto. C'è una cucina completa per preparare i pasti; ha anche una lavatrice / asciugatrice per una maggiore comodità. Una camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, l'altra ha due letti singoli, e c'è un divano letto nel soggiorno, rendendo l'unità comoda per un massimo di 6 ospiti. Questo condominio ha una vista mozzafiato dei giardini, piscina riscaldata e, soprattutto, del bellissimo blu del Pacifico; da lì puoi guardare tutte le attività sulle barche del porto di baia, i surfisti, i canoisti e le balene in inverno! Aria condizionata, TV a schermo piatto con cavo complementare, connessione internet ad alta velocità e WIFI gratuito per tenervi freschi, connessi e confortevoli.

La proprietà ha un bel paesaggio, una piscina riscaldata, area barbecue e un sacco di sedie a sdraio-tutto è di fronte alla spiaggia! La spiaggia stessa è una meraviglia di serenità bianca. Non è affollato, perfetto per prendere il sole, nuotare, fare surf, snorkeling e avvistamenti di tartarughe marine hawaiane che sonnecchiano sulla sabbia! Due aree vicine sono da esplorare, ad ovest, è il porto, dove partono le escursioni per lo snorkeling, le vele al tramonto e le avventure invernali per osservare le balene. Goditi i negozi, i ristoranti e visita l'Acquario di Maui, è davvero impressionante! Ad est si trova Sugar Beach, un tratto di 5 miglia di terra non sviluppata e sabbia, e naturalmente una vista ininterrotta sull'oceano. È perfetto per i beachcomber!

Pretty much OK but a couple issues.

Facility was easy to find and was as described. But the master bedroom had no hand towels or washcloths when we arrived, but we did find a basket of them in the 2nd bedroom after a day or two. Master bed room chest of drawers bottom drawer had mouse droppings in it, but we did not see any active house mousses, so they may have been there for a while, Also, the MB closet, which was huge, we were afraid to use because both of the hanging doors were off their tracks and we were afraid they would fall on us.We are in Maui 3 or four times a year using VRBO or other services and this is the first time we have not had a rice cooker as part of the provided kitchen equipment. It's Hawaii, rice is a big thing!!

The entrance door and lanai sliding door were very difficult to open. We were not able to enjoy lanai. No hot water after two people showered. Towels were smelly..

This property is ideally situated, not far from the airport and other areas of interest. The unit itself is clean, well stocked and with a good oceanview. Our group had a good time. Some minor issues (easily corrected): 1) Instructions for the electronic lock lack one important point: turn the door handle UP, instead of down. Even though there was a taped lettering on the handle, we arrived at night and we did not notice the additional tip as it was dark despite our phone flashlight. If the host simply added this important instruction in his/her check-in sheet, we wouldn't have to call (frantically) the emergency line. 2) All the pots were badly scratched. We did some cooking and we would appreciate better quality pots. We strongly recommend that a new set of pot to be purchased, especially given the price we paid.

Love this complex

We love staying in Kanai a Nalu in Maalaea. We dislike a lot of touristy beaches and love that Sugar Beach is so close. Location is close to everything as long as you don’t mind driving. Sad to see Beach albums closed but harbor and aquarium within walking distance. Thanks for having us.

Great location

My family loved our stay here. The location was great, the view was amazing and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the beach chairs, sand toys and even life jackets were available! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place

We loved the condo and the property. The beach nearby was within close walking distance. We liked using the outdoor grill area and pool. The only thing we mentioned was that it would be nice to have restaurants within walking distance. At least it was only a short drive to have a nice selection of restaurants. Overall, we LOVED our stay and have already talked about coming back.

Maui Family Vacation

We had a great time. The property was close to all the things we wanted to do. We did a whale watching adventure and a fishing trip both out of the harbor down the street from the property. There is also a very large beach a few hundred yards from the property.

Great place for family vacation on the beach.

Amazing location just a few steps from a great beach. Spacious condo with great view of the ocean and sunsets. Washer and dryer inside also make it very convenient. Our family of 5 had a wonderful time.

Perfect Location

We stayed in the 2 bed/ 2 bath condo #316 and it was great! It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. We were able to wash a load of beach towels daily. The location was perfect.

Great View, Location, Week

This property was great!! View: This is the perfect place for a sunset, a view of whales in the distance and the beautiful ocean. Location: The location on the south is great for getting to snorkeling beaches, close to the west towns, easy to get to airport and north and west sides of the island. There is even a shopping area a half mile down the road with an aquarium. The price was a bit high, but it had all of the fish we were seeing when snorkeling. It was a great place if you want the names and information on the local fish, whales, etc. It was really well done. The snorkeling off the beach was nice. There are a lot of fish, sea turtles and coral, though go to the west side to see more live coral colors. Room: There was room for my three kids and husband and I to stay. There were plenty of plates so you didn't need to constantly wash dishes. The bathrooms were nice. The beds were comfortable. We didn't test the pull out couch, but it was available. It was really clean. The fridge is large which was great because we cooked in most days. There are two grills on site. The AC works but you have to be on top of it. There was a 12 hour timer which switched it off. The outside temp was great that week so it didn't make it hard. Property: The swimming pool was really nice. It is open from 9am to 9pm. There is a wash station to shower off after going to the beach and before heading to the pool. This wash station was great for our snorkeling gear too. The property doesn't have direct access to the water. But we were able to get to the beach with some activity and a short walk.

Our original reservations for this trip fell through less than 2 months before our arrival. We were so thankful to find this listing, and even more thankful when we arrived to find the perfect condo in an amazing location. Everything about this unit and the grounds was superb! Lovely, relaxing location

The view of the ocean was amazing. The grounds were very well kept by hardworking, very friendly people. The condo was well equipped and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay. I suggest two improvements: 1) The carpets should be replaced by tiles to improve the cleanliness 2) The second bedroom should have an air condition unit. I would recommend this place to other visitors.

Beautiful Condo by the beach

My family and I had a great time at this condo. It's beautiful and clean. We enjoyed sitting in the lanai facing the pool and ocean. It's pretty cozy. Would definitely recommend this place.

A very pleasant stay

Overall, this is a very nice property and we had a very nice time while we were there. The grounds, pool, and BBQ are were lovely and well maintained. Our room was nice, though it could use some updates to modernize it a bit. The refrigerator and the range/oven looked like they may have been from the late 1980's. I can't honestly remember when I last saw a stove top with the electric coil burners. Even though things were dated they were clean and functional. Pros: Easy to access, nice location, nice grounds and pool. There is an elevator which was great for my senior mother. Ample parking and quiet at night, which is a plus for me. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in. My mother said the same about the twin bed in the guest room. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed. Cons: Dated appliances. There was carpet throughout with the exception of the kitchen and bathrooms. The carpet tacks were sticking far enough out in the seam between the dining room and kitchen that we all were jabbed at least a couple of times walking. We fixed the situation by putting one of the throw rugs over the seam for the duration of our stay. The carpet looked worn. Overall, I would recommend the room and the resort.

KAN 316: Could use some TLC

While the unit had 2 bedrooms, there were 5 adults in our party making the common areas (kitchen, living/dining area & lanai) a little crowded. The directions in the unit were way out of date (wrong phone numbers etc). The fridge started leaking, but once we reached Rosemary (property manager) she got the handyman there quickly. The garbage disposal stopped and a cleaning person showed us how to reset it. Carpet could use a thorough cleaning and parts were pretty frayed (could feel the tack strip with our bare feet!). The stove burner bowls had been recently replaced, but incorrectly so that the burners were tipped. The vent fan in the master bath was of uncertain functionality...we just kept the overhead fan on and we able to dry bathing suits and towels overnight. You get the picture: the place needs some tender, loving maintenance. Beds were comfy, location great, pretty quiet (except for aircraft on approach to the Maui Airport. Despite my complaints, we had a fine time staying there. Just don't expect some deluxe place.
