Piano terra Makani A Kai unità A-3 è il massimo in luoghi di vacanza sulla spiaggia! Scendi dal tuo lanai e sei letteralmente a pochi passi da una bellissima spiaggia di sabbia bianca. Un'unità d'angolo con finestre extra e particolarmente grandi offre ampie viste sull'oceano di barche che entrano ed escono dal porto, surfisti, canoisti e balene in inverno. È magnifico! La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e bagno aggiornato con cabina doccia. La seconda camera ha due letti singoli, e la zona giorno ha un divano letto - l'unità può ospitare sei. Prenditi il tuo tempo per preparare una festa sull'isola di pesce dell'isola e frutta e verdure locali nella cucina pulita e ben attrezzata. Se preferisci la griglia, la stazione barbecue è perfetta per l'ambiente fronte oceano mentre cucina bistecche di bovini nati e pascolati sulle pendici di Haleakala! Le sedie a sdraio sono allineate ai margini del prato, di fronte all'oceano, rilassatevi per un pigro tempo libero con un buon libro o fate un pisolino: siete in vacanza a Maui! Questo condominio ha aria condizionata, TV con cavo complementare, internet ad alta velocità e WIFI gratuito. Lavanderia sono sul sito e il parcheggio è gratuito.

Il lato orientale della proprietà confina con Haycraft County Beach Park, frequentato da famiglie locali e surfisti, che segna l'inizio di una tranquilla e tranquilla 2. 5 miglia di sabbia nota come Sugar Beach. Fantastic Maui Location for a Family

This priority is fantastic! You are right in between the east and west mountains of Maui and with a walkout right to a great beach. The facilities were in good order and great if you want to save a few dollars making meals and eating in. We will be back! Thank you!!

Prime Location

This was a perfect location. Loved walking the beach everyday and watching whales right from the lanai. The property was very well taken care of and it was convenient to get around everywhere. As one of the residents told us it is like Maui was 30 years ago… not an overly commercialized area. We had a few issues with the condo but management was very responsive.

Perfect location!!

Best part about the property was the location. You are just a few steps from the beach from the balcony. Quiet long beach that is great for walking. Condo is a little outdated as pictures so but it was clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing location. It worked perfect for my family and kids aged 3, 6 and 8 to go back and forth between the beach and condo.

Beautiful convenient location

Very comfortable. Furnishings are comfortable but dated. Very well equipped! Everything we could have wanted was there. Beach is beautiful and is close to other beaches. Only thing I would ask is cleaners to deep scrub master shower. There is mildew.

Perfect location

We loved the vintage vibes and the access was amazing! Construction issues were not really a problem, however the manager was a bit rude when we mistakenly parked in his spot- he actually raised his voice at me. Otherwise a great place!

Wonderful Condo

This property was perfect for us. We loved staying here and the central location of it. It is right on the beach where turtles hung out every evening. The only thing we wished it had was a cooler for our daily excursions.

Bien ocupas carro

La comunicación es muy mala con el rentero necesitas preguntar la clave porque no la envían … no esperes que contesten rápido así que pregunta con tiempo … necesitas un carro porque todo está lejos hay una tienda cerca pero tiene muy pocas cosas y caras la comida que venden está rica pero si el caminar para allá es largo como 1 km … pero no venden muchas cosas si estarás varios días .. el check out es a las 10 am con 3 niños tienes que correr para salir en tiempo y el check in 4 pm .La casa en general está bien aunque un poco ruidosa con los vecinos de arriba.. todo se escucha .. la lavandería está afuera … usas una app .. estuvo complicado pero al final se pudo utilizar ..

Nice beach access, quiet area

The best thing about this location was the beach access right out the back door. We saw turtles and whales from the beach. The apartments were quiet and well kept. If that is what you are looking for, this is a great location. If you are looking for more action and things to do, there is not much in this area. The negatives we encountered: -The internet access here was slower than dial up, even after re-setting the router, you could barely get a page to load on the wifi. I would not recommend attempting to work from this location. -A very large dead bug fell out of the clean towel pile from in the condo (though over-all it was very clean inside) -Master bathroom vanity lights did not work -It appears to be common for people to live in the beach parks, and this includes the one next to the condo complex Overall, it was nice, and the rate was affordable. Its a pretty good spot if you wish to stay in this area.

Nice location, with quiet private beach

We will definitely come back again. The apartment is nearby a quiet beach with nice ocean view. We spent the first day relaxing and saw turtles and 🐋.

CUTE BEACH FRONT WALKOUT

All in all we did enjoy the property, it's the perfect size for a party of 4. Some of the most beautiful sunrises on the island. The walk out makes it easy to get to the beach. Unit is right next to the BBQ pit and pool. The HOA property manager is really nice. The unit is dated in some ways (remember this is HAWAII) but the master shower is wonderful :) The property is an older community, so if you like to listen to your music while you are getting ready, even at a reasonable sound level (without cuss words) the neighbor upstairs does complain. We were getting ready to leave the first morning we were there and the gentleman upstairs made it a point to tell all of us separately as he seen us leave the unit (continuously repeating himself) about how we need to read the rule book, music is not prohibited, just because you like to listen to it doesn't mean I do. We apologized multiple times and finally politely told him to have a great day as he would not stop complaining. Then the gentleman proceeded to complain to the office even after we said sorry, wont happen again and more. (which it did not happen again) We got back to unit late that night to a note on the door from HOA property management. The Rule book is 3 + pages long.

Peaceful oasis

We enjoyed a relaxing stay and appreciated coming back to the condo after visiting other busy beach resort areas. The king bed was comfortable and there were plenty of fluffy bath towels. The kitchen could be a little better stocked with items like nonstick pans and larger pans. We would recommend this place.

Enjoyed my stay while in Maui. I was looking for a place that was right on the ocean and the place was perfect. The beach area was small but the views were awesome. It fit my family of 5 perfectly. The only thing I would of liked is for at at least the first day of arrival they would have some coffee available or small amenities prior to getting supplies for the week. Staff onsite were very nice and always seemed to be working to keep the landscaping nice. It’s nothing fancy but comfortable. I would stay there again.
