    Kai Nalu, che in Hawaiian significa "Ocean Wave", è una bella casa sulla spiaggia di Waimea, tra il fiume e lo storico molo di Waimea. Situata sul soleggiato lato ovest di Kauai, questa spaziosa casa arredata con gusto e aria condizionata offre un ambiente perfetto per le vostre vacanze in paradiso.

    Goditi una vista spettacolare sull'oceano (impreziosita da una favolosa vista di Ni'ihau - l'Isola Proibita) e guarda il tramonto sul mare ogni sera da un tratto quasi infinito di spiaggia di sabbia color carbone. Kayak dal tuo cortile e goditi la migrazione annuale delle megattere giganti (da fine novembre fino ad aprile).

    Fai una passeggiata lungo la spiaggia a tuo piacimento e se ti capita di vedere scintillii verdi nella sabbia qui, sono cristalli minerali chiamati olivina. L'olivina di qualità gemma è nota come peridoto, il birthstone di agosto.

    Due estesi lanais si affacciano sui tramonti Ni'ihau e sono un luogo ideale per godersi una tazza di caffè al mattino o una bevanda fresca insieme alla vista favolosa.

    Il soggiorno è luminoso e confortevole con una splendida vista sull'oceano. L'enorme suite matrimoniale ha una zona salotto e viste altrettanto favolose. Il bagno padronale ha pavimenti in marmo, una doccia con un grande blocco di vetro e una vasca idromassaggio con vista sull'oceano. La cucina gourmet ha un piano cottura a gas isola, contatori di piastrelle e tutti gli elettrodomestici.

    *** Politica di cancellazione *** Le cancellazioni per le prenotazioni tra 1/6 - 12/14 richiedono un preavviso scritto di 90 giorni per il rimborso del deposito iniziale meno una commissione di $ 75 e la quota di prenotazione non rimborsabile di $ 50. In caso di preavviso scritto inferiore a 90 giorni, l'intero deposito iniziale viene incamerato. In caso di preavviso scritto inferiore a 60 giorni, l'affitto e l'accisa vengono incamerati. Beautiful Home

The property was well kept, very clean, quiet, beautiful beach to walk on, had everything we needed. Waimea is a nice quiet town with everything you need, grocery store, restaurants, shopping.

Away from the tourist rush, but close enough to join any excursions you want to do. Lots of room on the lanai for group meals and games.

This VRBO was everything we hoped for and more! The location was unbeatable—right on the beach, with stunning ocean views and just a short walk to restaurants and shops. The place itself was even better than the photos. Super clean and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into the details, making it feel like a true home away from home.If you're looking for the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience in Hawaii, this is the spot. Beautiful Waimea

This house was perfect for us. We had plenty of room and our host thought of everything to make the stay a pleasant one. Many items were provided for us and we had all the tools needed to cook, grill, enjoy the beach, and just hang out on the back yard. Stores in the town were an easy walk away. Loved our visit.

Great location on chill part of the island

Outdoor dining area is great. The beach is not crowded at all. The house is spacious and offers a lot of privacy for each bedroom. The kitchen has all the utensils and pot/pans you need. But you will have to buy everything to cook with including oil, sugar, flour, and any baking stuff (baking soda etc).

The wonderful Kai Nalu House

This is a beautiful well kept property. 7 in our party and no complaints from anyone. Nice beach for walking, jogging, but you cannot swim there and even wading is difficult due to slope of the sand. Waema the town is only 3 blocks from the house with gasoline, 2 stores and various little shops and eateries. 1 bank and 1 credit union. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

My wife and I stayed at Kai Nalu with two of our adult sons and daughter-in-laws. It was very accommodating for our ohana gathering. We had 3 rental vehicles between us. There was plenty of parking for all. The kitchen and front room were big enough and well-equipped for family style cooking and meals. The washer and dryer were great and in use every day. Each couple had their own bathroom which was a huge plus. The location is excellent. Most mornings we gathered as a family on the backyard beach to watch the Kauai sunrise. Hearing the waves crashing on the beach morning and night added a touch of perfection to our vacation. Shopping, food and shave ice were all a short walk away. The neighbors on either side were very kind and friendly. For Kauai standards, this is a very large, roomy home. We didnt even have to use the 4th bedroom and bathroom. We were very pleased with our choice. If you're staying in Waimea, this is an excellent choice for family/large group accommodations. If i had to choose between the Waimea Plantation Cottages and Kai Nalu, I'd choose Kai Nalu every time! Mahalo!!!

Off the beaten path

House was great, neighbors were awesome. It’s not in your typical tourist zone and there is a shortage of good restaurants in the area. We stopped at Costco on our way in and picked up groceries, we cooked at the house several nights, the kitchen is well equipped and we fed 8 adults no problem. Only complaint the ice chest had no lid otherwise everything was as advertised.

If your agenda includes activities on the south end of Kauai, this home is for you!
