“Room size was very good, we stayed in a twin room. Lovely walk in shower room. Everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Tea and coffee making facilities. Only downside was there's not a mini fridge in the room. Lovely and clean and we will definitely be staying again. Excellent value for the money] money and plenty of free parking. Much closer to the town centre than we had anticipated. Great stay thank you ”

“Was our second time staying here. This time we booked the sea-view room. The room was very clean and well kept. The receptionist was lovely, shown us to our rooms. Very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back the next time we visit!”

“Nice superking bed. Small balcony with two chairs and a table looking onto a golf course. You do need your own transport. There is a railway station a few hundred yards walk away but the trains only stop there twice a day. Really nice helpful staff.”

“We had an issue with our room but it was sorted in minutes by a lovely workman , spoke to the owner and he was really lovely and helpful , the workman even offered to help my disabled husband up the stairs . We really enjoyed our stay and planning to come back again !!!”

“It's a very nice hotel, clean and well presented, we stayed in a room for a disabled person which was wide enough for her wheelchair and wide doors so overall very pleased. There was one thing in the room that could be improved is to put in a larger sink ”

“Beautiful old building, great location and good breakfast. Friendly staff.
Downsides were the shower curtain was tired/old/dirty and the towel rail was on/hot in the height of summer with no ability to turn it off. This felt like a waste and bad for the environment as well as heating the room up when it wasn't needed. Also the shower temperature could not be changed, so it was cold for ages then very hot, with no ability to do anything about this!”

Our family room was great, bed quite comfortable, bathroom/shower clean and spacious. breakfast was tasty and lounge/bar area was relaxing for a coffee or a bite to eat and just to chill out and enjoy. “The bed was terrible compared to last time I can and the room was sooo hot but last time I came it had a fan I come to Boston regularly and I’ll still be booking in but if this could just be fixed but overall it was fantastic apart from not having a fan and the bed being not tidy and bathroom messy with no handwash ”
