You might as well say breakfast not included. The biscuits were hard, the electric pancake machine was never filled, the turkey sausage was clearly heated and reheated, and I question whether or not it was from what was left over the day before. The room had a stale smell, the bathroom had rust in the shower, and the ceiling was peeling with cracks in it from water damage. The cleaning crew were very friendly and the front desk clerks were kind as well, however, they have no control over the cosmetic or conditional state. That's management caring about the upkeep. You're in a lovely area. It wouldn't hurt to do some deep cleaning, touch ups, a coat of paint, and care. You'd get more people coming to you then going across the street to the Hilton Garden.

Beautiful faculty and big rooms, bathrooms were very clean and the room was tidy and welcoming.

Convenient, clean, quiet, right off highway, good coffee.
