Breathtaking Views 7 Bedroom Estate w/Hot Tub

  • Enjoy the most spectacular views from the hot tub, deck or just about every room in the house, which is located high above the Mad River Valley and is just 10 minutes from both Mad River Glen and Sugarbush Resort, making it a dream location for skiers. It is also ideal for family gatherings year round, as there is plenty of space for everyone to relax. This Vermont getaway offers 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a hot tub, game room, pizza oven and fire pit all on a secluded private lot.

    Please message through the booking medium or email before calling or texting for fastest response. Available during normal hours M-F 9-5 and for emergencies during reasonable non sleeping hours.

    This home has a wonderful Bragg Hill location, it is very close to downtown restaurants, shops and other amenities.

    Exclusive access to the entire property. Please note the treehouse is closed off and not for guest use. Four wheel drive and snow tires are required for safe travel in winter months in this region of Vermont.

    This home boasts a massive “dream kitchen.” It is just a short drive to both Mad River Glen and Sugarbush Ski Resort and is located an hour to Stowe or Killington Ski Resorts. The home is a short distance from an organic blueberry and goat farm.
    The home also offers a bunk room (with a train track) for families with young kids, and/or room for six couples, a treehouse, a large pond with a dock and Wifi throughout.

    This gem in the heart of the Mad River Valley has hosted:

    · Large college and high school reunions.
    · Countless downhill and cross county ski vacations.
    · Wedding parties.
    · Intimate and effective corporate getaways.
    · Family celebrations of all sorts and sizes.
    · Weekend and week-long training groups for runners, cyclists and Triathletes (come ready for the hills – this is the perfect spot to train for Ironman Lake Placid.)
    · Romantic weekend (and week-long) getaways.

    A car is required at this property, as there is no public transportation available to guests. Four wheel drive vehicles with snow tires are highly recommended for all winter travel throughout the state of Vermont.

This is an absolutely beautiful house and property. I stayed here with a work team, and it was perfect for our needs. The kitchen is absolutely amazing and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The view was also stunning. I would stay here for work or pleasure again. Highly recommended.

Great property! Clean, spacious, everything you need is there. Hot tub on the deck overlooking the mountains was sublime. Could use a TV over the fireplace in the 2nd living room. That room is so comfortable! Late check in 4pm and early check out 10am could be improved upon as well

This mountain retreat is stunning from the views to the amenities, with an enormous kitchen, well stocked with just about any cooking utensil/dish you could imagine. It is private, with spacious sleeping quarters and absolutely stunning views! The hot tub was amazing! This place accommodated my extended family with room for more! We made homemade pizzas in the pizza oven which was both hilarious and delicious!Our hosts were super helpful. I had a bunch of questions before booking and they were very quick with responses. It would be great in the winter for skiing fun, but in summer it was simply beautiful and green outside. The upstairs bedroom did get a little warm, but fans are supplied!The town of Waitsfield is quaint. We ate at the Mad Taco and everyone enjoyed it! I highlyrecommend the self-guided waterfall tour and trying out Lots-o-Balls mini golf.

Absolutely love Mad River Valley and this homes location was perfect to celebrate the holidays and ski Sugarbush/Mad River Glen. The home was spacious and very comfortable, accurate to the listing.

Great property, professional hosts

We got to stay here for my 40th birthday, and the property exceeded expectations! The view, the space, the ping pong table and the deck were so amazing. The kitchen was well-stocked enough for a gourmet dinner, and the hosts were so well organized. We hope to come back!

This place will exceed your expectations. It’s so hard to find a good mountain house that can fit your group size, isn’t old / musty and is affordable. This house was modern, had tons of places to hang out, a massive kitchen and more bedrooms than we even needed. The views were amazing, especially from the hot tub. We all posted instagram stories of our view from the beds with the mountains in the background. The drive to the mountain was less than 10 minutes and you’re a few minutes from town (Mad Taco, etc.)We all said we’re booking here the next time we head up to Sugarbush. I highly recommend that you pull the trigger too.

Beautiful house with an amazing view! We traveled in a group (age range from 9-82), the house was suitable for all. Very spacious! We enjoyed the ping pong table, hot tub and deck. LOVED the kitchen! The kitchen is perfect for a large group. The entire group enjoyed the house and have requested it for next year's family gathering. Communication and check in was great. Highly Recommended!

It was a beautiful house with breathtaking views in a very convenient location to Waterbury. Colin, the Property Manager, was extremely friendly and very responsive to communications. I cannot recommend this place/team enough!!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The description of the house was very accurate. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the hot tub, the night sky with all the stars, and a great trip to Montreal. We are 6 couples on this trip, the house had a lot of space, and we enjoyed cooking in the big kitchen wth a big island, the kitchen was well stocked with everything. All the bedrooms are very comfortable and the plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The ping-pong table was a big hit as well.This is a perfect house for a big group get-together, highly recommended.

If I could give more than 5 stars for this property, I would. It was absolutely GREAT! We rented it to attend our daughter's wedding in Moretown and our extended family stayed with us there. We were so happy to find such a nice place that would allow us to bring our dog too! The entire week rained except for our last full day, but the house was so spacious with enough room for everyone to have their own space. The fireplaced living room, bar area and TV lounge area on the main floor as well as the game room on the bottom floor allowed everyone to relax in their own way. We fully enjoyed all the wonderful amenities (especially the huge kitchen which was so well-stocked with cookware, dinnerware & high-end appliances, the hot tub on the deck, the TV, the ping pong table & the original Pac Man video arcade game)! The entryway with its many hooks to hang coats and cubbies for bags, shoes, etc. was awesome. The huge walk-in closet on the top floor adjacent to the master bedroom was so appreciated. Once the clouds lifted, the view of the ski trails on the mountains was breath taking! The property managers, Josh and Colin, made sure that our stay was all that we hoped for and couldn't have been nicer. We all felt that this rental was an unbelievable value. We'd like to thank the owners for opening up their home and allowing us to add to the wonderful memories of our week in Vermont at our daughter's wedding.
