I absolutely love the location of the property for starters as it is close to the Downtown area, Durham, Cary, Greensboro, etc.The outside seating area with the swinging chair is absolutely adorable along with the pebble path leading to the back entrance. “Annie & Bryan are great host. The whole process was seamless. Very comfortable & clean home. Easy access upon check-in. I appreciate being able to communicate with the host in a timely fashion. If I had a question within minutes they respond. I even made friends with the family in unit A. Overall, I would definitely stay again and refer a friend. “The stay was amazing place exceeded expectation. The 4 star is because I went home with very damp clothes. I wanted to do a load of laundry and come with clean clothes. Unfortunately the dryer had a bad belt and screeched. Iove this place and would recommend for stay but dont do laundry ”

“Small little one bedroom “apartment” but big enough for my husband and I with our toddler. We wanted a little bit more roaming room for her instead of a standard hotel room. It was super clean too which was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again.”
