The Comfy Corner is part of Wake Forest Vacation Rentals, our small, locally owned family business. We personally own and care for our homes, so you won't be dealing with a large property management company. We take pride in the little details that make our guests feel at home.

Each of the four bedrooms features a king-size bed with an adjustable base, allowing you to comfortably read, relax, or watch TV before falling asleep. Every bedroom also includes a Smart TV, bedside lamps with USB charging ports, nightstands, and ample storage for your belongings.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆

The home offers two full bathrooms and one convenient half bath off the main living area.

All bathrooms feature heated toilet seats with three temperature settings for added comfort. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels, and a hair dryer are provided.

The primary bedroom includes a private en suite bathroom, while the second full bathroom is conveniently located upstairs near the remaining bedrooms.

A full-size washer and dryer are also available for your use.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, bakeware, and everything needed to prepare meals just like home.

The open-concept living area offers plenty of seating with a comfortable sectional and recliner, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring Wake Forest. Enjoy family game night with the selection of games provided or stream your favorite shows using the Smart TV and high-speed WiFi.

A rental agreement must be completed with a copy of a valid government-issued ID for booking to be completed.

The primary renter must be:

✔ At least 30 years old, or at least 25 years old with two or more positive Airbnb or VRBO reviews

Please Note

✔ Smoking is permitted outdoors only with all doors and windows closed.

✔ Smoking or vaping inside the home will result in a $250 additional cleaning fee.

✔ A Minut device monitors smoke-related environmental changes and noise levels. It does not record conversations or audio.
