The house is completely new and lovingly furnished with high-quality, modern furniture. Each holiday flat has a storeroom/utility room. The holiday flats are barrier-free. The kitchens are fully equipped, including a dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and extractor fan. All flats have a wood-burning stove with soapstone panelling and a glass panel for a romantic atmosphere. The wood for this is available free of charge. The bathroom has a large washbasin, WC and shower. Towels and bathrobes are provided free of charge. All flats are equipped with central heating. All beds are double beds with two separate mattresses. These measure 90 cm x 200 cm.The holiday flat is located on the ground floor and has a furnished terrace directly adjoining the large garden.The flat is around 100 square metres and has two bedrooms with a double bed, a travel cot can be added. The flat can be booked for a maximum of four people.Pets are not allowed. Leave everyday life behind you, enjoy and relax with one of our numerous wellness offers. For sporty and active guests, we offer you plenty of variety. From hiking, horse riding, skiing to golf, everything is possible in the immediate vicinity. Culture and leisure are also catered for. The festivals "Trenck der Pandur", "Guttensteiner" or the oldest historical festival in Germany "Der Drachenstich" await you. You can also visit glassworks, museums or take a ride in a horse-drawn carriage for a change of pace. Perlhütte is a residential area in the climatic health resort of Waldmünchen in the Upper Bavarian Forest Nature Park and is beautifully situated opposite the Perlsee lake. The Perlsee, which lies on the doorstep of Perlhütte, is an inviting place to go for a walk. Our area is a paradise for hikers, nature lovers and mountain bikers. A foot and cycle path leads past Perlhütte to both the border with the Czech Republic and to Waldmünchen, known by the locals as "Woldminga". The "Perlsee adventure area" offers a high ropes course, ITP low ropes course, fishing, swimming fun in the Perlsee, pedal boat hire, a campsite, a lakeside restaurant with terrace, an indoor riding arena and a mini golf course. The "Räüuberhöhle" adventure playground has been open since June 2011. In bad weather or in winter, we recommend a visit to the Aquafit adventure pool in Waldmünchen. Perlhütte is located on the edge of the forest near the Czech mountain Cerchov (1,042 m). From here, Cerchov can be hiked on foot or cycled on a mountain bike. However, the hike to Mount Cerchov through the forest involves a distance of around 6 kilometres and an elevation gain of around 500 metres. The effort is worth it: in good weather conditions, you can enjoy a marvellous panoramic view of the region from the Cerchov observation tower.Family-friendly facilities with cot and high chair free of charge on request.
