  • Ocean Front casa nel prestigioso Sandpiper Village. Questa camera da bagno 3 camere da letto 3 livello singolo è stata meticolosamente mantenuta. Grande spazio aperto con camino e grande bar dove mangiare. La grande cucina con un sacco di spazio per riporre e armadietto, ha avuto un recente aggiornamento con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. L'accesso alla spiaggia non potrebbe essere più facile in quanto è appena fuori il ponte posteriore della casa con un bel sentiero direttamente sulla sabbia.

Yes Kitchen was wonderful.Yes Room with a beach front view was excellent.has the other room were very comfortable, told from the other guests.Very Clean. Love the stay.

This our second stay at this address and we love it! The three bedrooms and bathrooms are great for three couples. The kitchen, dining and living areas all have great views along with a nice deck and yard for our dogs. The home is well equipped for cooking in which is what we like, or a 15 minute drive to Newport to eat out. Highly recommend this property.

Trip to the coast

The property was very nice, comfortable and clean. It was great to be able to bring our dog and she loved looking out the windows. It was great to walk off the back porch and down a very short path and be on the beach. We would definitely like to stay there again.

Beach Front/Ocean View

Amazing views of the ocean from multiple vantage points. Yard leading to the beach is perfect for a dog. The house is quite comfortable. We will be staying again.

family week at GG's Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year for the family vacation at GG's Place. We certainly hope to make this an annual event.GG's Place is spacious, well appointed with practicaliy anything a person might need, and very clean. The proximity to the beach was perfect for an active 7 year old. We love the pluses in the garage/game room. The "international ping pong compition" was the perferct way to spend a stormy afternoon.The only problems we encountered where some broken slates on two of the deck chairs. A single burner on the stove top did not function, a problem we encountered last year, so maybe it was a user failure? The whales spotted from the dining room table were an outstanding bonus!

Great Beach House

Second time I’ve stayed at this lovely beach house. I really like the fact that all 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom. The house is very roomy and is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.

Lovely!

Very clean. Loved the easy walk to the beach and the comfy chairs on the deck - with a great view. Perfect place for dogs and beach combers. We really appreciated the warm water hose to wash off dogs and people feet. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Great Storm Watching Spot!!

Overall great spot for a family vacation. Amazing storms for the week we stayed and we had a front row seat for the show. Comfortable beds and supplies in the kitchen to make anything happen. Plenty of room for everyone! Some problems with door latches and lighting brought down the rating.

Perfect Getaway

It was all I was hoping for. The location and views are amazing with direct access to the beach which is perfect for early morning walks. So peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect re-set I needed. The home was spacious and well stocked with all the essentials including kite's and activities for the kids.

So peaceful!

Beautiful house with a wonderful view! Brought a lot of peace to our family! Be careful when walking barefoot in the grass because there are a ton of barbed pokey things all over! The beach was quiet and the sunsets were stunning! My family have already voted to stay here again!

Great stay at GG's house

This house had everything! Very clean and well-equipped. Pool table, ping-pong table and kites were a bonus. Finishes on the furniture and cabinets are gently worn but not a problem. Access to the beach was great. The only thing that should be added is more information about the area: points of interest, restaurants, etc. We are from the East Coast and could have used more direction on local attractions.

Girl’s Getaway

Beautiful views, great location, easy access to beach. Bedding was very nice, comfortable living room, big kitchen. Broken kitchen fan (missing blade). Washing towels and putting them in dryer was a checkout requirement. This was difficult as we had a long drive and were hoping to get an early start. Ended up sitting and waiting for towels to finish washing . But this was the only drawback to what was a great stay!
