While not direct oceanfront, this unit has a relaxed coastal vibe and beautiful west-side light. Beach access is currently located next to the A-Frame via the left-side trail. Please note that storms and erosion can occasionally impact access. Patterson Park, adjacent to the cul-de-sac, offers additional shoreline access.

Conveniently located just off Hwy 101 on the west side, south of Waldport and only 6 miles north of Yachats. Waldport is a charming small town known for crabbing in Alsea Bay and its stunning “where the forest meets the sea” scenery. Explore artsy Yachats to the south or visit Newport’s aquarium and historic waterfront to the north.
