Hotel a Waldport

“Would not stay there again. Restaurant closed/pool closed/hot tub closed. No toilet seat in bathroom. Moved rooms. Room smelled musty, hair in bathtub. No remote control. Bed was comfortable. Expensive for the price .”

“This was an acceptable, no frills accommodation. Other than checking in, I never saw any staff during my four-day stay. The room came with ear plugs, which can be necessary, as the walls are paper-thin and you can hear everything happening in the other rooms. The biggest deficiency of the rooms was the lack of any type of desk or table in order to deal with any type of work. All in all, acceptable, but nothing great. At the same time, there are not many options in Waldport.”

“Great beds and ocean access., easy keyless entry. Otherwise, this was a 2 star property, cramped and worn, with dangerous stairs. Provided soaps and linens were adequate. The highway noise was quite loud. I realize that some of these things can't easily be changed. ”

“Clean and stocked well. Very cozy. I wished the lighting was better and more up to date ( not fluorescent, dimmable would be great). Also would have liked updated drapes for the windows, but the views were great.”

“This is my new favorite place to stay at the coast! The property is so beautiful, the condos are spacious, and I loved the ocean view in the nook! The built in Bluetooth speakers throughout the place was one of my favorite things. Check in was easy, they are pet-friendly, and the beach is only steps away and not crowded at all. ”

“Lovely place in quiet setting with just the sound of the ocean waves to lull us to sleep. Hospitable and attentive staff. Comfortable room with expansive view to ocean. Guest rooms in different corners of the lodge to give privacy. Generous breakfast. Pathway directly to beautiful beach. Would stay again if back in Newport area. ”

“No service at night desk and no way to contact staff after hours. Ended up sleeping in my car after late arrival. However, management offered a refund the next morning without question, which was appreciated.”
