UBICAZIONE, UBICAZIONE, UBICAZIONE ... a differenza della maggior parte delle case sul Lago Arrowhead, questa meravigliosa vacanza sul lago si affaccia ad ovest e riceve un giorno intero di sole fino al tramonto quando un bellissimo tramonto si appoggia ai piedi delle Blue Ridge Mountains. Goditi il meglio che Atlanta ha da offrire mentre scopri le meraviglie delle montagne della Georgia del Nord.

Disponibile per l'affitto è il pontone comodamente attraccato a casa per $ 195 / giorno o $ 1200 / settimana. Si prega di comunicare a Cabrina, il responsabile della proprietà, il desiderio di noleggiare il pontone. Non noleggiare il pontone tramite vrbo. Al tuo arrivo, Cabrina ti farà firmare un contratto e riceverà il pagamento tramite assegno o vaglia postale.

Lake Arrowhead Yacht and Country Club è una comunità privata recintata con sicurezza 24 ore su 24 situata nelle montagne della Georgia del Nord, a soli 55 minuti dal centro di Atlanta. Durante i mesi estivi puoi nuotare direttamente dal molo che è a pochi passi dalla porta sul retro e arrostire marshmallow dal molo nella buca per il fuoco. Una NUOVA vasca idromassaggio per 7 persone con vista sul lago e ai piedi renderà la visita al lago un'opzione tutto l'anno!

Per quelli di voi che amano la natura, sarete visitati ogni giorno dai nostri residenti Humming Birds, Mallard Ducks, Kingfishers, oche canadesi e un'abbondanza di tartarughe! I cervi possono essere visti in tutto il bosco.

Se sei interessato a fare gite di un giorno dal Lago Arrowhead, puoi goderti una varietà di divertimenti. Ad Atlanta ci sono Six Flaggs, White Water, Stone Mountain, Atlanta Braves Baseball per il nuovo acquario. Nelle montagne della Georgia del Nord è possibile pianificare un viaggio in rafting sulle rapide, viaggiare in treno attraverso le colline ai piedi o uno dei tanti festival in tutto lo stato!

The Pontoon is $250/ day for 2+ consecutive days or $995/week or $300/1 day. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. A tank of gas included.
Use caution with the trampoline and supervise children. Do not jump on it from or near the dock, or while intoxicated (same with Hot tub, no alcohol).
2 cars can park at house. The rest can park at clubhouse. No mailbox at house. Deliveries get sent to mail lockers. Which can’t be accessed by guests.

Perfect for Families!

We loved this house! It was perfect for 2 families with 2 children each. The house was just as advertised- cozy, beautiful view, and awesome decks! This lake is GORGEOUS. We rented the boat for 2 days and we loved it! So relaxing and such an easy vacation!

Family vacation

Everything was as stated in the listing and comfortable. As others mentioned some things need to be updated but state of the art was not our priority. Always had room on the pickle ball court, plenty of fish right off the dock, quiet lake great for paddle boarding/kayaking or swim. We found two different rope swings for the adventurous. If planning on doing a lot of cooking the kitchen is small, has most everything you need…but bring Tupperware for storing left overs. We had a few hiccups with the ac and a water leak and the host was very attentive.

Summer Vacation

We were amazed with all the homes built on slopes and the crazy steep winding roads were a blast to drive. The house had plenty of decks to hang out on with a good BBQ and nice spa. We rented the house boat which ran great though we were a little disappointed in the cleanliness of it and the steering was poor. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances worked fine. You will get a very good work out walking all the steps you have to climb. It was a great experience overall and have no regrets with our choice.

Peaceful family getaway

This is just what the family needed! A nice relaxing blend of lake and mountains. The house was right on the water with plenty to do. The home was cozy and the property manager was quick to respond as needed.

Great quiet lake getaway!

Our group of 4 parents and 4 teens had the best time. The property is a bit dated but that was 100% okay with us. It had all of the amenities we needed! It was cooler weather so the lake gear, like the hydrobikes, were used often. The kids enjoyed the trampoline, too, since the lake water was still warm. We also appreciated the firepit in the evenings. I took a beautiful hike along a nature trail that I found on a walk across the bridge. The lake was so peaceful. As always with services like VRBO, the cost of the stay was much, much higher than the nightly rate. We had to pay extra insurance to be able to book and that was only revealed once I was in the check-out process. We considered adding another night, but it was too difficult to figure out what the true cost of that additional cost would be. That said, I would definitely stay here again!

A Great Lake Getaway

Great for Families

We enjoyed our stay, but unfortunately gad to leave early due to an emergency. The decks and lake were fantastic. Gorgeous view on a quiet lake corner. The trampoline and water bikes were a huge hit with my daughter and even though the weather was chilly we still go in the lake and had fun! Unfortunately the ladder from the trampoline was cut off and tied to the bottom of the dock ladder so we had no choice but to jump onto the trampoline from the dock and then pull little ones up. The hot tub was a nice treat and the neighborhood was infinitely gorgeous, with rolling hills and changing leaves. We saw lots of deer very close. I do think it needs a deep cleaning and some bug treatment for the roaches and also some more comfy mattresses. Every single remote had dead batteries or we were just unable to find. The roku remote in the living room wouldn't work which was a disappointment for my daughter who wanted to do Netflix. The worst complaint is that the dishes were nasty. Literally meat chuncks and lettuce stuck to one knife, all plates were wet/sour with food bits stuck, one pan had old grease on it, and all the glasses had to be washed before using. Awful vibes in the kitchen. But we were mainly there to enjoy outside and that we did!

Great Family Getaway

Our family of four was very happy with the amenities, home, communication with owner and Lake Arrowhead. Judy was one of the best owners we have dealt with at VRBO and our family loved the property. We would highly recommend.

The lake is lovely….

The kitchen is very small and needs an update. It was hard to prepare food for the ten people the house was supposed to sleep. The full-size beds are a tight fit for 2 people. Wish they would have been at least queen sized to sleep ten more comfortably, some of our guests just slept on the couch instead. They were very comfortable! The sliding doors were difficult to open and close and there were some housekeeping issues when we first got there (dishes left in the dishwasher, sheets left in the dryer, hot tub was dirty) BUT the owner was very responsive and gracious in offering us ways to compensate for the mishaps. The dock is great, the toys are great, the lake was lovely. Very relaxing to be outside. :)

Good Spot for a Family "Lake Life" Vacation

The property is a great spot for a Family "Lake Life" vacation. They have all the toys you need to keep kids busy at all ages. The water trampoline was a hit with our kids. The house is well stocked. There was plenty of paper products so we didn't have to drag any with us or go buy any more. The kitchen is well stocked not only with pots, pans and utensils, but with spices so you can make most meals with no issues. The cooler is a really nice touch as well. Fill it up and take a nice cruise on the pontoon. There was not a lot of activity on the lake while we were there. This is one thing we wished was better. We expected to see families all over the lake, beach up next to them and hang out, but that wasn't the case. We did have a few issues while we were there. Judy was very responsive in resolving all the issues for us as quickly as she could. She was also very reasonable and helpful. I would definitely recommend this rental for a Family "Lake Life" Vacation.

Family vacation at the Lakehouse

We absolutely loved our family vacation at the Brock house on Arrowhead Lake!! The house was beautiful and stocked with everything you need for a great time!! There are tons of water toys, ping-pong and foosball, fire pit hot tub, great fishing and more!! Judy and Amber are the best...they helped with all of our needs and were so pleasant to deal with!!!! Peaceful, entertaining, perfection!

This home allows everyone the opportunity to all have fun together or find a little quiet space and just unwind. Four decks overlooking beautiful Lake Arrowhead and at night, the lights all around make it look almost like Christmas. Each bedroom was perfectly appointed with extra pillows, extra blankets and clean, fresh bedding. I spent 9 years as a general manager of a short term vacation rental company at the beach and the kitchen here has everything you need to cook and entertain for your family and friends. LAST, and the most important to me, it was clean! You would be very happy to stay here and we will be back this summer! Thanks to the Brock family for their hospitality!

Lakehouse fun

Great experience. 3 families used Lakehouse for baseball tournament at Lakeport complex. Very nice lakehouse, no issues w the house or owners everything was great. It was remote w not many amenities close by. The travels from the gate to the house were very long w curves and hills, approx 15 min from gate to house. Lake house was great comfortably slept 7. Boat rental was also great. I would love to use this property again. Owners were great to work with.

New Year Get Together

Stayed at the property with my husband and a group of friends for New Years. The house was smaller than anticipated though had everything we needed including extra games. Outdoor dock was great, had a fire pit and a hot tub. Overall very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would recommend to friends and would stay again.
