“I would not stay there again when we arrived there was no one there to check us in. There was a bell left on the desk and we rang it but no one came to help us. We waited over 10 minutes. The beds and pillows were old and uncomfortable and the facilities needed an upgrade. It was decently clean but they will not receive my business again. ”

“It's a beautiful hotel and our stay in a pet friendly cottage was great. It's a fast 10min to downtown Walla Walla and we went down for a quick dinner. Since we booked in Expedia, we didn't realize the restaurant would be closed Sunday night. Disappointing but maybe an excuse for another trip! We needed to leave before 8am so the kitchen gave us a to go breakfast - delicious and much appreciated. “The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which we really appreciated. Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful, and it made our stay feel very welcoming.
One thing I did want to mention is the floor in our room. There was a rough spot that both my daughter and son stepped on and ended up cutting their feet. It might be something worth taking a look at so no one else gets hurt in the future.
