Hotel LGBTQIA+ a Walla Walla

“Front desk staff when we checked in was less than accommodating and because I had booked through Expedia ( although cheaper than their discounted rate by 25-35 dollars) made us feel like second class citizens. I had previously supported and stayed at this hotel over 50-69 times over a ten year period. I will be looking for a more “accommodating” and warm reception from another hotel when I visit Walla Walla again.”

“The person at the desk was super nice and so I almost don’t want to say anything bad. I picked the place because of the pool and hot tub, but when we got there they were out of order, I showered at night and the water took a long time to sort of warm up to slightly warm. My husband wanted to shave in the am and again the water never got warm enough to shave. Breakfast server was again, very nice and very hard working.”

“Old and non-standard building, the room felt unwelcoming, the evening staff were not very friendly, and the property is in need of renovation. No electric cars charging station on sight or in the vicinity.”

“Such a beautiful property outside Walla Walla. Resort was very quiet, staff was friendly and welcoming. Complimentary breakfast was made to order (from a menu selection) and was delicious. Room was cozy, but spacious and had fantastic views. It was chilly and rainy during our stay, but they had a lot of good amenities to use when the weather is more favorable, including a pool, bikes, and paddle boards on their pond. Walla Walla was about a 10-15 minute drive from the resort. If we are back in...

“Such welcoming staff and a very clean place to stay. We enjoyed the welcome booklet with information about the community and that it was up to date. We enjoyed discovering new things because of the information from the booklet. Such a nice surprise. The elevator needed a bit of maintenance done as some buttons were not working. Also, the fan in the bathroom was not working and the a/c unit didn’t keep a constant temperature, but would work if we turned it off and then back on every few hours.”
