Villa Santa Rosa - Tranquilla tenuta nel cuore delle cantine Southend

Prende il nome dalla Saint Rose of the Cayouse Mission fondata nel 1853 sul vicino Yellowhawk Creek in questa zona, confinante con il fiume Walla Walla. La villa ricorda una tenuta di campagna toscana. Ha un paesaggio lussureggiante e si trova in un ambiente pittoresco nel cuore delle cantine sud-orientali di Walla Walla. Una delle più belle cantine della Cantina di Basilea è proprio di fronte al fiume Walla Walla, a soli otto minuti a piedi.
Goditi l'ala sud della spaziosa Villa Santa Rosa con un ingresso privato e patio, giardini e terrazza appartati. L'ala sud è a due piani e ha due ampie suite padronali, ognuna con letti king size, due bagni e mezzo, cucina e camera familiare.
Rilassati e ricaricati in una spa con acqua salata di sedici piedi e barbecue nel patio coperto. Goditi le magnifiche albe e tramonti in cima alla tranquilla terrazza. Fai una passeggiata al crepuscolo nel bellissimo laghetto o chiudi la serata accanto alla firepit.

  • Beautiful and unpretentious, this winery recently moved their tasting room out of town and into a novel ski-lodge like structure atop one of the foothills south of town. The view is stunning, and the wines are fun and accessible. The same winemaker also works the upmarket Pepper Bridge wines, and Amavi is his outlet to experiment with different grapes, blends and vineyards. In addition to tastings, they'll also pour glasses - in case you just want to hang out on the deck and enjoy the view. Best enjoyed in the afternoon when the deck is shaded.

It was perfect for a group gathering with colleagues. There was plenty of room and bathrooms to be comfortable and better than a hotel. We cooked together, watched the Mariners game while in the hot tub (it’s big) and woke up to great scenery. We wished we had one more day. Our host was very responsive.

We had such a wonderful stay at this home during our trip to Walla Walla! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay with friends. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and we loved the little touches that made it feel like a true home away from home.The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, but still close to downtown, wineries, and restaurants. We especially enjoyed hanging out in the backyard/patio and LOVED the hot tub. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of wine tasting and enjoy dinner on the patio.Our hosts were communicative, thoughtful, and made the entire process seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Walla Walla area!

PERECT WINE COUNTRY STAY

Our group of 4 couples could not have found better accommodations. Each had their own bdrm/bath with super comfy beds. The house was immaculate with a fully stocked kitchen including spices, coffee, and snacks. The spa was huge (16’), warm, and a great location to watch the sunset. But the best part was the hosts. They are highly responsive, informative, and knowledgeable about the region. Highly recommend. THIS will be our go-to rental in the future!

Wonderful family time

Amazing house and stay in Walla Walla!

This is one of my favorite properties I’ve stayed at! The house is prestige, beautiful and big! Huge bedrooms, beds and living spaces. Everything you could ask for. We did not get to enjoy the large spa as it was too warm but loved the outdoor spaces when it cooled down. Downtown is 10-15 minutes away but an easy drive - We walked to yellowhawk resort and tasting room and that was lovely. The hosts were very communicative and I would recommend this place to anyone, in fact I hope to stay again someday! Thank you for sharing your wonderful place with us!

Couples wine tour get away!

I was looking for the perfect setting for a couples wine tour get away weekend for my wife’s birthday and 3 other couples. This house was perfect! Scott and Jamie were so gracious and were amazing hosts! With centralized gathering places inside and outside the house. The grounds were beautiful and the spa was the perfect way to end a day of touring wineries. Centrally located to many of the wineries that we visited! Although we didn’t get a chance to utilize all the house had to offer, we plan on returning every year and this will be our first place we book! Thank you Scott and Jamie!

Wonderful Stay in Walla Walla

Our group friends had the most wonderful time staying at this Villa! It couldn’t have been a more perfect location for attending a wedding at the Yellowhawk Resort, only a 5 min walk! The place was plenty spacious for our large group, and we loved the big kitchen, relaxing backyard patios, and lawn space. Also, of course, the large soaking tub was incredible after a long day. I couldn’t recommend this place any higher, thanks Scott & Jaime!
