"Room was clean but located right across from the elevator 2nd floor. Hotel was not sold out. Not sure why we were given this room. Top bedcover was dirty. Removed & place on a chair. Bed was comfortable but they need to replace the pillows, Front desk was handled by one person. We waited 20 minutes ..."

"The hotel felt homey and very welcoming. I felt like I was visiting family by the country side. It was very nice. The room was clean and practical. It was at a perfect location minutes from the beautiful Keuka Lake."

"It was in a very sketchy place, there were random people at the property next door that you saw as you came in blaring music and more people just smoking and hand out right next to the entrance.
