There was enough room for us all (7 people; 5 adults) to sprawl out and feel comfortable. Host was very friendly and attentive. Very comfortable arrangement that we didn't take full advantage of because we traveled to the surrounding areas every day. Pool was closed for winter, but we enjoyed the deck anyways. Very clean and well-stocked with basic amenities (towels, soap, shampoo, etc.)

A little slice of paradise

Eight of us plus an infant thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Powell farm! It was a perfect location and the house was great for our family needs. We swam in the pool every day! The house was spotless and the property was very well maintained. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Tennessee!

Excellent Stay!

We really enjoyed staying at his property. Communication with the host was excellent. The house is just as pictured in the photos, and I think the surrounding property/grounds is even better within the photos. If you're flying into Knoxville airport, it's in a perfect location, about 23 minutes from the airport, and just a few minutes from the Smokies (maybe 15 mins). The host, Amy, is super friendly and gracious.

Great location for a great getaway

Property was clean and well equipped. Easy access to Maryville, Townsend, Cades Cove. The pool was a God send. Amy was friendly and with great communication. We had a great time. My daughter was married at the adjoining property. It could not have been a more perfect location for us.

Beautiful House with Beautiful Views

This property is one of the best we have stayed in. The house looks like the pictures. The pool was great to have. The Sun room is where we spent most of our time and was great to look at the mountains. I highly recommend this property and if I could would give it more than 5 stars. Thank you, Amy for being such a gracious hostess and getting back to me with my questions before I arrived and while we were there. We really did appreciate you. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back.

Beautiful sprawling home with fantastic pool and view!

We stayed here for my daughters wedding which was at Sampsons Hollow! The house has so much space for all of the wedding stuff, and plenty of room for visiting :-) The kitchen was well stocked as well. It was great to have the basement fridge for leftovers! We absolutely loved the pool! Perfect for relaxing and cooling off 😅 The host was very communicative as well, I highly recommend this property!

Family Vacation Week Stay

Our whole family enjoy the large room over the carport. We spent most of our time there. The pool was very nice and made our vacation even better. the only thing that would have helped us would have been 1 more bathroom. All our 14 family members couldn't attend but the 11 that came would have benefit from a 3rd bathroom even if it would have been in the basement. Thanks for letting us use your home and we had a great time.

Excellent

This property was beautiful. Very good location and not far from town. We were in for a race at Maryville and this was a perfect area. Very quiet and the scenery was beautiful. Saw a few bear walking the fence line. Amy was great to work with, she even allowed us to check in early. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home.

Beautiful Smoky mountain view

We are so happy with everything about this property. Amy is an amazing host. The overall customer service and communication was excellent. We traveled with children ages 6-16, total of 10. The home was very spacious, clean and perfect for a much needed family getaway.

Smokys Getaway

This is our second time staying here. Perfect location between Townsend, Maryville and the Tail of the Dragon. The pool and views make this house. Amy is a great host and we’ll definitely be back.

Smoky Mtn Wedding trip

We had such a nice stay with our extended family at this property. And the views are spectacular! We had plenty of room to spread out, but also had a large gathering area for all to visit, eat and play games together. Kitchen was well equipped for use.
