“I was pleasantly surprised. It’s very close to the airport in a so-so part of town; but, to my surprise that was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve stayed in recently. Very nice, large shower with a nice glass door (no annoying shower curtain). Staff was very friendly. I also had a very nice Mediterranean salad at the restaurant downstairs in the lobby. Would absolutely stay here again. ”

“Usually this place is 5 stars. So many issues this stay (I've stayed at this place a lot).
The day before, I got a local call from the hotel, no voicemail. I redialed the number and was assured by the front desk my reservation was fine. I asked if the pool and hot tub were working and told they were.
On the day of, the key didn't work right away, so they reprogrammed the door. Then one the lights didn't work. They gave us a lightbulb to fix it. It worked for a minute then died. We had to be...
