“Lovely historic cabin with fun and unique character and nice kitchen and porch. Only downside was that the wifi didn't work and, given that there is no cell coverage in the area, it was hard to get directions and generally go places because we rely upon our phones (for better or worse). The not television, however, was a big plus. Thank you.”

“We had a great stay. The cabin was well lit and perfect for two people. Very clean, warm, and comfortable. There was a snow storm the night before we left and they kept the driveway plowed for us. Gorgeous views and close to everything.”

“Beautiful peaceful location in the green mountains leaf peeping would be amazing next time! Orvis Flagship store is amazing’ don’t forget the works bagel shop! Up for breakfast was ok I would try Bobs dinner next time! Bennington is a pretty drive not a great shopping area cool to see the old grave yard walking tour! Updated home with excellent deck! ”

Very clean and well-kept, everything we needed was there.Host communicated regularly and responded quickly.If you stay in winter, 4WD might be needed to get in and out without issue. “Great cabin for short weekend away. Excellent size for a small family or 2 couples (4 people max). Hot tub is such a treat, spacious living room is wonderful and kitchen is nicely stocked with cooking tools. Back porch with propane fire makes s'mores super easy. We loved being surrounded by woods. Owners graciously turned on the hot tub ahead of our arrival so kids could jump right in. The only challenge is the limited cooking and indoor dining space but for a short stay for 4 people it's...
