I had specifically asked for 2 sets of keys in advance and upon check-in, this was not made available until later in the day. The communication is corporate and not personal at all.”

Negatives -No instructions for all of the high-end equipment. -Access code was not communicated well. -Patio had trash and no place to sit. -No desk or kitchen table to work or eat at. -No Wi-Fi. -Got stuck in shower - when bathroom door closed on the shower door. -Bed too low (for this 60 person). -Kitchen window blind - could not reach to...

“This was a cozy efficiency cottage with a little deck on the side. It was very comfortable and quiet. The host was friendly and responsive. We enjoyed being a three block walk away from our son’s home. We will definitely be back.”

“The apartment is in an old office building. It's spacious and clean but the ceilings are low and stained. Although our unit door locked, the back outer door of the building had a broken lock, and our door had no peep hole to see anyone who came in. There appeared to be an unhoused person sleeping right outside of the front of the building. There are cameras around the building but there was no lighting in the parking lot and it was pretty dark. ”
