“Was told by the staff that they will not give a pillow for use on the sofa bed only a blanket and sheet. After I pressed the issue with the manager the following day they were forced to give us a pillow. Upon check-in we were charged 60% of our 3 night stay ($161 deposit) WITHOUT BEING TOLD and that money was held until several days after check out. The breakfast was horrible, no juice due to "broken" machine and all food was as cheap as possible. Noisy dogs barking all the time and power went...
