“When we checked out at 4am no baggage carts were available. Guests had taken and kept them in their rooms overnite. This problem should be dealt with. I am 86 years old and do not appreciate having to juggle my luggage in multiple trips downstairs.”

“The overall stay of 4 nights was quiet and uneventful. Only complaint would be that the bathroom gets musky on its own with the door closed. The staff is kind, and the location is really close to shopping & the freeway. ”

“The young lady at the front needs a raise, she was amazing to work with. I booked this for my coworker and he didn’t get in til 12:30am but she made it easy for him to get his keys and enjoy his stay. Thank you ”

“First day I smelled “weed”smoke but I reported it to the front desk. So I think they took care of it because I didn’t smell the smoke no more. The room we stayed in the beds were bigger so that was great! Will for sure stay there again. ”
