“When I make my reservation I make clear the I need a 1 floor, the guy in the counter was rude and say the I need to make the reservation with them not with 3 party, he charge me for my room and I sing the recive, and then he also charge me $10 extra to give me the 1 floor but never told me he was going to do it, I new bc he also charge to the other person $10 for the 1 floor. I was sure the when I made the reservation and explained my need accordingly with my help I get it, but I was charged...
