“the property has been recently renovated. The view towards the lagoon is wonderful and the surroundings are serene and quiet. Several good restaurants are within walking distance via a wooden boardwalk. The shopping are is about 20 minutes walk, so we took a taxi to get there.”

“Positive: The place is great if you’re trying to be half way between Walvis Bay and swakopmund. Negative: not sure if it’s because it was low season (mid July) but the included breakfast was basically cereal, bread, yogurt, coffee. I’ve had better continental breakfast at some motels. Maybe they actually cook when there are many guests. I think there were less than 3 guests that day. Due to cargo ships in the ocean and lack of white sand, the beach is not very inviting.”

“Could not find this place, the location lead us to an industrial area. The contact is a US number and there is no local number.”

“The property is clean, tidy, well maintained and centrally located with easy access to downtown (3-5) minutes away and within walking distance to the harbour front and ocean. Harbour front ( next to yacht club) has nice restaurants and plenty of excursion options. Oh, yes and the Meransha staff are very friendly and pleasant to deal with. 10/10”
