The 70 m² Upstalsboom 2-room apartment, sinf50-3-m, is located in the NordseeResort Friesland and can accommodate up to 4 people. Particular highlights include the private sauna and the idyllic location right on the Graft. The apartment is located just about 200 m from the beach and features an east-facing balcony with a view all the way to the sea!

The Location
This modern and harmoniously furnished east-facing apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building. The vacation complex’s spacious grounds border the dike directly to the northeast; the other sides are surrounded by the waterways of an idyllic Graft. The North Sea and the sandy beach are just 200 m away. There is virtually no car traffic here. Enjoy the refreshing seaside climate on long walks or while relaxing in a cozy beach chair. Numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés are easily accessible on foot or by bike. The surrounding area offers great recreational and family activities, such as the Hooksiel indoor seawater wave pool, the Friesland-Therme, and the 2,500-square-meter Thalasso Meeres SPA in Horumersiel, as well as the popular Hooksiel water ski lift with its large sun terrace. Our family tip: Take a guided mudflat hike!

This tastefully decorated, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi and offers a modern, fully equipped open-concept kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, a 4-burner induction stove with oven, toaster, coffee maker, capsule coffee machine (Tassimo), electric kettle, egg cooker, and refrigerator with freezer compartment.
The combined living and dining area features a double sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a large SMART TV (58 inches), books, and games. Both the dining table and the cozy seating area offer plenty of space to spend time together over breakfast or after a lovely day at the beach. You can welcome the morning sun on the east-facing balcony as early as breakfast and enjoy the view all the way to the sea. The balcony is beautifully situated on the Graft and is accessible from the living area. The apartment has insect screens on the windows.
The separate bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) features a second large flat-screen TV (50 inches). The spacious, naturally lit bathroom features underfloor heating, a bathtub, a rain shower, a sink, and a toilet, as well as a makeup mirror and a hair dryer.
