The apartment features 2 bedrooms with double beds (180x200) and one single bed (90x200). The spacious living area with an adjoining summer/winter garden can be used as a dining room or, for example, for a fun game night. This area offers everything you need for a relaxing family vacation.

The large kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, and a dining area. The spacious shower room features two sinks, and the apartment also has a separate guest restroom. You can start your day or wind down in the evening on the covered outdoor seating area in front of the summer/winter garden. From here, you can access the shared garden.
In the basement, there is a spacious utility room with a washer and dryer.
Please bring your own bed linens, sheets, and towels, or you can book them as an optional extra.

Key pickup:

The apartment is available to you on the day of arrival starting at 4:00 PM. Please return the key to the key safe by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Key pickup will take place after full payment of the trip and any additional services booked.

We charge a one-time security deposit of 100 euros, which must be included in the transfer when paying the tourist tax. After the keys have been properly handed over, the deposit will be refunded to your account within 14 days.
