On the first floor, you enter the house through an open hallway that leads directly into the bright, spacious living and dining area. The inviting decor, the fully equipped kitchen, and the cozy living area with a view of the patio and the well-maintained garden immediately create a relaxed atmosphere.

In the garden, you’ll find a lockable bike garage and a built-in stone grill—ideal for cozy outdoor barbecues. Also on the first floor are a convenient guest restroom and a storage room with a washing machine.
The stairs lead to the upper floor, where two comfortably furnished bedrooms await you—both equipped with a double bed and a smart TV. A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the living space. A fiber-optic connection throughout the house ensures a reliable internet connection.

Located just about 100 meters from Lake Wangermeer, an idyllic freshwater lake, the Wangerbrise is situated in one of the region’s most beautiful recreational areas. A small private path leads you directly from the house to a natural sandy beach with a reed-lined shore—perfect for unwinding, swimming, or simply enjoying the tranquility of northern Germany.

The climatic health resort of Hohenkirchen (Zone 2) is subject to a visitor’s tax. Therefore, a visitor’s tax must be paid on site.
