The cozy vacation home Am Wangermeer 38 is located one block from the lake—the private natural beach with a reed-lined shore is less than a minute’s walk away. Here you can enjoy peace, nature, and relaxation right on the water.

On the first floor of the house, you’ll find a bright living area with access to the patio, an open kitchen with a cozy dining area, and a modern bathroom with a shower. There is also a bedroom with a French double bed—ideal for a comfortable stay without having to climb stairs. A practical utility room is also located on the first floor.

Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms: two with two single beds each and one with a large double bed. A spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a storage room round out the living space.

The garden with a terrace offers plenty of space to relax or enjoy social gatherings outdoors—ideal for families with children. The climatic health resort of Hohenkirchen (Zone 2) is subject to a visitor’s tax. Therefore, a visitor’s tax must be paid on site. This tax is based on the number of people, age, and length of stay.
