North Sea coast, charming house with a fireplace, sunroom, beach chair, and—new—a sauna

The holiday home Uhlennest, located on the North Sea coast in the old fishing village of Hooksiel, is 98 square meters and can accommodate up to 5 people plus a baby. The first floor features a spacious living and dining room with an open-plan kitchen. The living/dining room is furnished with new, modern furniture and a fireplace. From there, you have access to the conservatory and the covered terrace.
The first small bedroom has a 1.60m bed with a single mattress. The second bedroom has a 1.80m bed and a cot. The sofa in the living room converts into a bed and can be fitted with a 1.20m wide topper to provide a comfortable sleeping space for a fifth person. This sleeping area can also be partially separated by a room divider. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The bathroom is small but perfectly formed: walk-in shower, plenty of storage space by the sink, washing machine and dryer.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking, from a built-in oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, all kinds of small electrical appliances to basic supplies of spices and oils.

The garden is designed to blend in with nature and has a dreamy, even slightly enchanted, feel. It features a covered seating area. The property borders an oxbow lake with magnificent old trees.

The house is centrally located yet in a completely quiet area – the ideal place to relax and unwind. Guests have access to a beach chair at the textile beach. New: from February 2024, a small outdoor sauna will be available in the garden.

The visitor's tax (North Sea Card) is collected on behalf of the municipality of Wangerland shortly before arrival.
A maximum of 2 pets are welcome; there is a fee for each one.
