A comfortable sofa area, a spacious dining table, and the fully equipped, modern kitchen invite you to linger and enjoy your time here. From the living area, you have direct access to the fenced-in garden—perfect for families with children or a dog. There, you’ll find a covered terrace with a glass roof and a cozy beach chair—ideal for relaxing, barbecuing, and enjoying sunny days. An electric awning provides pleasant shade when needed.

The first floor also features a guest restroom and a practical utility room with a washer and dryer.
The stairs lead to the upper floor, where two comfortable bedrooms—each with a double bed, TV, and built-in closet—await you. Another, smaller bedroom with a single bed offers additional space.
