The apartment features an open-concept living and dining area with direct access to a large sun terrace and a fenced-in garden with a grill—ideal for relaxing.

There are two cozy bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the other with a smaller double bed, as well as a washer-dryer. The modern bathroom is equipped with a large shower and a toilet. The fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining area has everything you could want.

Underfloor heating, a ventilation system, and electric exterior shutters on all windows ensure your comfort. Bicycles can be stored safely in the lockable shed, and dogs are also welcome here. The climatic health resort of Hohenkirchen (Zone 2) is subject to a visitor’s tax. Therefore, a visitor’s tax must be paid on site.
