Ville a Wanning

“Excellent view and easy access to the beach. ”

“My stay at this hotel was very disappointing and far below the standards expected of a five-star property. I arrived at around 1:00 PM and fully understood that my room might not be ready before the official check-in time. However, the attitude of the front desk staff was extremely poor. They were unfriendly, impatient, and made me feel unwelcome. I also ordered food delivery during my stay. The front desk informed me that it would take about 30 minutes for the food to be brought to my room....

“Beautiful property but seems to be catering very much to influencers. Food was not great but options are nearby outside of the resort. Staff were great. The pools need more shade. During most of the day the pools are barely usable due to the hot sun and the lagoon pool closes at 7 with the shadiest part of the lagoon pools being closed all the time during our visit due to no lifeguard being present.”

“Great to stay with families”

“We spent 30 minutes arguing at check in as the staff told us the booking was for one breakfast only (instead of two) per room. We did bring along a hardcopy of our booking and so we showed them. Apparently in China, guests can opt to have breakfast count different from no. of guests. They finally gave two breakfast per room an hour later after checking with their agency in China.”

“Stora härliga rum med utsikt .”

“入住舒適，乾淨衛生。慶祝結婚周年紀念，特意準備了裝飾，服務非常窩心。早餐款式多，溫泉人不多。”

“모든것이 좋은 호텔”

“Cleanliness and Fresh bed sheet”
