“Abbiamo passato due notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. ”

“Tutto funzionale e pratico, buona colazione”

“Tutto ottimo”

“Bella struttura”

“Personnel support was very unsatisfactory. I received food delivery and nobody informed me. It stayed at the reception for more than one hour and when asked they said it is not their responsibility to take the deliveries. They did not call me to inform and did not apologize. Very bad attitude.”

“The place is very spacious, comfy and stylish with thoughtful design accents and in a really pretty area with a park and lake nearby. It would have been nice to have a few basic supplies available such as coffee, snacks and clothes washing detergent. Although it’s a little further out, it’s quite convenient and quick to get to Potsdam centre by tram. It’s about 10-15mins to walk to cafes and shops in the Dutch quarter. It was advertised as having parking and air conditioning but this was not...
