the manager claimed he had no record of my booking this was eventually sorted. On arrival the cleaner, who was dressed very inappropriately, also said she didn’t have it and only gave us a room after phoning the manager.
The room was unacceptable. The toilet was in the corner with no privacy, no walls or door. The shower was dirty, and the jacuzzi tub was run‑down and unhygienic. There was no proper tap; instead, a pump fed water from a bucket, producing boiling, foul‑smelling water. The bedside lamp was wired in such a way that I was electrocuted when I touched it. The tap system leaked across the floor, and the bedding had burn marks. Communal areas were filthy and unsafe.
People were coming and going at all hours, and several “cleaners” appeared who were also not fully dressed, creating a very uncomfortable and suspicious environment. The whole place felt unsafe and completely unfit for guests. I genuinely worry it may be operating as something other than legitimate accommodation.
Overall, this was one of the worst and most concerning stays I’ve ever experienced. Do not stay here.
