“The staff seemed completely unprepared for Mother’s Day weekend. We were told that we could check in early and then when our room is ready, they would give us a call at 4 PM. 4 PM comes around no call. 5 PM comes around no call. We call the hotel and they tell us we have to come back in and register again. 2. Housekeeping for our 3 rooms was terrible. After the 1st day they had no time to clean our rooms. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th days of they were reminded, knocked on the door and asked if we needed towels. Had to ask to empty trash cans.”
