As you approach the home, you'll feel your cares start to slip away listening to the birds in the many trees providing shade all around the home. There is paved parking for 7-8 cars and porches with rocking and large hanging basket chairs. Also outdoors you'll find hammocks, adirondack chairs, a swingset, volleyball and basketball nets, and plenty of room for the kids to play far from the road.
As you enter the home, you'll be surprised by how spacious and airy all the rooms are. There are multiple spaces for hanging out in the comfortable furniture. Whether you are watching TV from one of the many smart TVs in the house, relaxing with a game or puzzle, or resting from your time in the the house, relaxing with a game or puzzle, or resting from your time in the pool, there is a spot for everyone. The primary living room has a wall mounted 52" TV and wood stove in the corner for those chilly nights.
Also on the main floor you will find a large dining room and fully stocked country kitchen with ample counter space and cabinets; stainless steel appliances, all the pots, pans, cutlery and dishes you need to create memorable meals. Also included are wine glasses, blender, breakfast bar, water/ice in the refrigerator door and a side door with ramp to the pool deck.
Two bedrooms and a full bathroom (with jacuzzi tub) complete the first floor. One of the bedrooms provides a lovely view of the pool and provides access to the back deck. The other bedroom is uniquely situated with its own bathroom and private entrance!
Up the stairs to the 2nd floor, and you will be pleased to find there is 2 zone HVAC to provide comfortable temperatures for all your guests. The 2nd floor includes three bedrooms and a Jack n Jill bathroom that has access from both the Master bedroom and hall. The Master bedroom includes a King size bed and walk in closet. Another bedroom with two full size beds also contains a walk in closet.
The capacity to sleep so many guests becomes apparent with the 3rd upstairs bedroom which contains 2 bunk beds and twin size trundle. This room also has a charming nook with a desk/vanity and mirror. Note the four star appeal as you take in the upgraded window treatments, high quality linens, and all the amenities you'll need for a comfortable vacation.
Not to be forgotten, there is also a Game in the fully finished basement with foosball and a full size arcade game, a sleeper sofa, rocking chairs, and plenty more room to spread out. For larger family groups, you can make use of the additional two cots and a pack and play. Also downstairs is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
When you do want to play outdoors, you'll have plenty to occupy adults and children alike. The large swimming pool comes with fun toys for all.
Chairs and a telescoping umbrella with lights fill the attached deck. In the front yard are volleyball and basketball nets. The backyard includes a swingset, hammocks, and lots of room for the kids to run around. There are many trees to provide shade and the sounds of nature all around. Nights are magical with a firepit and more fairy lights. Also on the deck is a large Weber gas grill to take the cooking out of the kitchen!
