Well kept B&B
Beautiful quaint B&B 10mins from longleat. Owners are really friendly, rooms very clean with everything you need. Only drawback was the bathroom was very small, the shower felt claustrophobic. But apart from that perfect. Breakfast wonderful and filled us up for the day. Thank you xx

2 days weekend trip
Quiet and relaxing place, excellent breakfast. Close to the town but felt miles away as the farm is surrounded by beautiful countryside scenery. Rooms are immaculate. Tricia welcomed with a delicious cake and tea.

Lovely stay
Trish was very welcoming and we had tea and cake ready for us on arrival. The room was lovely and clean and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was tasty and we were spoilt for choice. Overall we will definitely come back if we ever want to stay in the area again. Katie & Connor

Warminster Farm House
A pearl in the countryside, a warm farm house delicately decorated with a nice feeling of being at home. Comfortable rooms, fully home made English breakfast served in a cosy dining room. Trisha, the owner, welcomes you with a nice and sincere open smile like you were a longtime friend. Amazing! The place, just at the edge of Warminster, is close to main tourist icons, parks and other activities. A place to stay!

Exceptional! Location, Cleanliness, & Service.
Before I talk about all the great amenities Home Farm has to offer, the best feature is the warm, friendly and exceptional service we received from the Owners. My wife and I are grateful for having had the opportunity to experience Home Farm. Surrounded by beautiful scenery, rolling hills, and even deer. There are a number of lovely walks in any direction. The room was well equipped with a kitchenette, en suite, comfortable bed and most importantly exceptionally clean. For breakfast we had option of fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, and full English. Clean, healthy and yummy. Thank You Trisha and Colin for the lovely stay, your hospitality and the birthday card 😊 The Newmans

Fabulous weekend staying at Home Farm. Tea and cake on arrival ( worth going just for the cake) was a brilliant touch. Breakfast was just as good. Trisha does poached eggs just right. Darren loved the full breakfast just as much too. Location is ideal for longleat. We will definitely be staying again.

Perfect little escape.
A lovely quiet spot, but still within walking distance of the town centre. Tasty breakfast, great room and Trisha was a very friendly and welcoming host. The room was spotless and had everything we needed.

Trish is the consumate host, welcoming her guests with tea and fantastic, home made cake! She was also a fnt of local knowledge, and is also able to procure discounted tickects for come local attractions. The room was clean, well-lit and the bed was comfortable. The property itself is convenient for all the local sites, and is close enough for a pleasant walk into Warminster for dinner. Trish caters well for vegetarians for breakfast, and all in all, we very much enjoyed our stay.

A very friendly and helpful welcome was made when we arrived rather late in the day. The room included a king sized bed, mini kitchen facility including a fridge, comfortable chairs and TV. Everything was beautifully clean and cosy; we would have been happy to have stayed much longer but were only on an overnight stay. A wide option was available for breakfast, including vegetarian, and was delicious. We enjoyed good conversations with our hosts and would be happy to visit them again when next in the area.

Comfortable and homely bed and breakfast.
I cannot praise this B&B enough. Very welcoming owners. Tricia is very helpful and friendly. My room was very pleasant and I had all that I needed. Very close to Longleat. I would highly recommend to anybody. Breakfast was excellent. All in all, a little gem!

We would highly recommend this B&B. Trisha and Collin were fantastic- they were welcoming, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely set out and spotlessly clean. We will definitlely be visiting again.

Das beste B&B was wir in3 Wochen Südengland hatten
Wir wurden von Trisha sehr nett empfangen und hatten ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmern. Es war alles da was wir brauchten und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage etwas außerhalb war super ruhig. Das Frühstück wurde jeweils frisch nach Wunsch für uns zubereitet und hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Wir bekamen auch tolle Tips was man unternehmen kann - mit dem Fahrrad von Bradford-on-Avon entlang des Kanals nach Bath war wirklich genial und in keinem Reiseführer zu finden. Ich kann es zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. Trisha is lovely and our room was so comfortable, light and airy. The whole area is peaceful and yet you are only a few miles from Warminster and Longleat. We spent two nights at Home Farm and I could happily spend a week! We will certainly return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Home Farm with a warm welcome on arrival with a pot of tea and a slice of cake. ☺ The family room which we had was fantastic. It was lovely & warm, spacious with a large comfortable bed & added benefit of fridge for food storage. Trisha & Colin were both very hospitable & friendly & nothing seemed to much trouble. With safe off road parking. We would definitely recommend a stay at Home Farm. 😀

Had a lovely couple of nights at Home Farm B&B, its was clean and tidy and only about 10mins from Longleat which was the main reason for heading down that way. Owners were lovely, friendly, helpful and would recommend Home Farm to friends and family and would stay there again if ever in the area again!

In Warminster - handy for Bath
A former Victorian farmhouse, Home Farm is now run as a Guest House. The decor and furnishings are immaculate and everything is spotlessly clean. Breakfast offered a choice of cereals / fruit / yogurt / muesli, followed by a generous and tasty hot English breakfast - sausage, bacon, egg, beans, tomato, etc. Also a choice of beverages, toast, marmalade / jam etc. Situated just outside Warminster in pleasant countryside, there is complete silence at night. My room had every facility - ensuite shower & toilet, kitchen unit with fridge, sink, kettle, tea / coffee / milk provided; TV, cupboard for clothes; also a couple of armchairs.The king size bed was a bit firmer than I'm accustomed to, and Poly / Cotton sheets haven't the smoothness of pure cottton, but are obviously easier to wash & quicker to dry. The owners were very helpful. Can't really find any fault.

Lovely place to stay a must try
Birthday break for my husband and so took a chance on Home Farm from good reviews. We quickly found out why the reviews where so good. Trisha takes very good care of you, she is very friendly nothing is too much trouble, the place is spotless. We met other guests who because of the quality of service have been going years to Home Farm. If you want a five star service at a four star price try Home Farm first, if we are going to stay in the area I shall book here, if I can't get the dates to stay at Home Farm I shall change my dates we won't stay anywhere else.

Enjoyable stay
We only stayed at home farm for 2 nights, but we enjoyed it very much. Close to longleat, where we were meeting up with family. We received a warm welcome, lovely clean comfortable room, great breakfast, can't ask for more, would certainly return.

Beautiful farm house
Our first stay at Home farm..as soon as we drove up the drive..the house looked so inviting!! A very warm welcome from Trisha....she showed us to our room..which was beautifully decorated....We enjoyed a welcome Home made cake and fresh tea...in the light and airy dining room...the breakfast choice was everything to could wish for.....we have already booked for Nov.....a first class B &B....!!!!!!!!

Farmhouse bed and breakfast
The owners, Trish and Colin, are attentive from the word go. On arrraivel you're shown to your room and then you are invit d to the breakfast room where there is a fresh pot of tea and cake waiting. During this time Trish and Colin will ask you if you have any plans and will advise you of places to visit, places to eat, walking routes etc. The bedrooms are very comfortable and very clean and the breakfast are brilliant. The whole experience was wonderful.

Excellent B & B in delightful rural setting
We received a very warm welcome at Home Farm and thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay there. Trisha was most attentive and couldn’t have been more helpful – the perfect hostess. Home Farm is beautifully kept throughout and the perfect setting for a country break; our rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious, with lovely views, and the breakfasts were delicious - Trisha had clearly anticipated our every wish. We can highly recommend this lovely accommodation and would happily return in the future. Many thanks to Trisha and Colin for their hospitality!
