“The cockroach on the bedroom floor was definitely disturbing. Then there was no phone in the suite. The front desk said that they were aware that there was no phone. Also, the toilet kept running so my husband had to fix it because we had no phone to call someone. When my husband brought things up at the front desk he was told that they couldn’t give us any money back because we booked and paid with Expedia.”

“Room was spacious, clean, well appointed with a high ceiling. This is an older property in good condition. Some outside noise from other guests briefly in the evening, but not too bad. Check in was easy and clerk was helpful. This is a golf resort and service in the restaurant was slow. Seemed like a good value stay.”
