“Stayz advertised that book in time was 2pm and we were early so agreed to pay an early fee of 20 to get in an hour early.We were charged 40 because host says there book in time was 3 pm, 20 per hour. We actually booked in at 1:15pm after I rang because we hadn’t received book in details. Couch in lounge terrible to sit on. TV’s old and main TV remote stuck together with sticky tape and only works now and then. Air conditioner in Bedroom very noisy. Won’t stay there ever again.”
