After a day of adventure, unwind on the property’s 17-acre grounds with a peaceful riverside walk, or take a refreshing swim in the seasonal outdoor pool during warmer months. No matter the season, you’re only about six minutes from Sugarbush Resort, Ole’s Cross Country Center, Warren Falls, Blueberry Lake, and the Sugarbush Golf Club. For even more skiing, Mad River Glen is just a short drive away, keeping the area’s best attractions within easy reach.

Inside, this third-floor condo provides a comfortable and inviting space to relax. The bedroom features a queen bed, while the living area includes a queen pull-out sofa—perfect for couples, small families, or friends traveling together. A simply equipped kitchenette is perfect for a quick breakfast, small meal or takeout, and WiFi plus a smart TV offer everything you need for quiet evenings in.

The location shines for its access to outdoor adventure year-round. Winter brings downhill and cross-country skiing along with snowshoeing, while the warmer months are ideal for hiking, fly fishing, biking, and exploring nearby swimming holes. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
