Fresh snow settles across the Mad River Valley, quieting the landscape and framing the mountains in soft winter light. From the south-facing porch, you can take in the stillness of the season before heading out to nearby slopes or exploring the frozen streams and trails that surround the cabin. Inside, the warm, wood-lined interior offers a comfortable retreat where you can unwind after a cold day outdoors.

The spacious south-facing porch provides a peaceful place to pause and breathe in crisp mountain air, especially in the morning when the winter light touches the ridgeline. The long, private driveway enhances the sense of seclusion, creating a quiet home base as you return from skiing or winter hiking in the surrounding area.

Living spaces
The cabin balances rustic charm with simple comforts, offering a relaxing setting to settle in during the colder months. The living room features plush seating and a 75 inch Smart TV, giving you an easy place to gather for a movie night or a quiet evening after a day in the snow. Heating throughout the home keeps the space warm, while the fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for preparing meals, whether a simple breakfast before heading to the mountain or a leisurely dinner at the dining table.

Work and connection
If you need to stay connected during your stay, the cabin is designed for remote work with 1 Gig fiber internet, three dedicated desks, and dual 27 inch monitors. It is easy to move between work and relaxation, with quiet surroundings and easy access to outdoor winter activities for a refreshing break.

Sleeping arrangements
The cabin sleeps up to eight guests across three bedrooms and a loft. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, while two additional bedrooms each offer queen beds. The loft, also furnished with a queen bed, adds flexible space for families or friends traveling together. Two bathrooms, along with provided linens and essentials, support a comfortable stay during longer winter visits.

Sugarbush Ski Resort is only a short drive away, offering easy access to a wide range of skiing and snowboarding terrain. Winter walks and scenic drives through the valley add to the appeal, with the surrounding mountains and forests providing a beautiful backdrop throughout the season.

Beautiful property and house. The layout was wonderful. The house felt spacious even though it was small. The kitchen had everything we needed. The porch in back was perfect for reading. The furnishings were lovely. The proximity to Warren (2 miles) was great. The only issues were the low water pressure in the master bath shower (the large showerhead?) and a smell coming from the utility closet off of the master bedroom which we could not identify. Other than that, a perfect stay. We would like to return.
