Vieni a goderti la bellezza della Mad River Valley! Questa spaziosa e bella casa di città a Warren, VT è a pochi minuti da Sugarbush (sia Lincoln Peak e Mt. Ellen), Mad River Glen e incredibili escursioni a piedi, in bicicletta e a golf.

L'unità può ospitare comodamente 10 persone con 2 camere da letto matrimoniali, una camera a castello e due bagni completi sparsi su tre livelli.

Il livello di ingresso è costituito da un ampio mudroom, perfetto per l'alloggiamento di biciclette, mazze da golf, attrezzatura da sci, ecc. Una volta dentro, ci sono due camere da letto matrimoniali e un bagno completo. Da lì, vai giù al livello inferiore per un altro bagno completo, lavatrice / asciugatrice e spaziosa camera a castello, che include due letti a castello e un futon - perfetto per i bambini!

Il piano superiore dell'unità comprende il soggiorno principale e sala da pranzo, con soffitti a volta 16 piedi. Questo spazio comprende un concetto di vita aperta che offre una grande area per la raccolta e l'intrattenimento dopo una lunga giornata trascorsa godendo pittoresco Vermont. Il soggiorno ha molti posti a sedere comodi per intrattenere e rilassarsi, e la sala da pranzo può ospitare dodici. La cucina include tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per preparare un pasto in montagna. Ci sono due ponti fuori dalla parte anteriore e posteriore dell'unità, fornendo un modo per godersi le fresche notti estive delle Green Mountains. Il complesso dispone di una piscina riscaldata con campi da tennis e da basket a uso misto e molto spazio verde. Esci dalla porta anteriore dell'unità lungo un piccolo sentiero per collegarti alla rete di sentieri Catamount. La posizione sulla German Flats Road si trova appena fuori dalla strada di accesso Sugarbush, in modo da raggiungere il campo da golf o gli impianti di risalita in meno di 5 minuti. In inverno, prendi il Mad Bus per Sugarbush alla fine del vialetto.

Clean condo with extremely comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen stocked with good quality small appliances, bakeware, cookware, utensils and serving dishes. Good water pressure and shower heads. Our only problem was that I did not print the email with details. There is no cell service outside of the towns and google will get you lost! Write down your door code and download maps and directions. We will stay again the next time we are in the area.

We stayed 10 days and had a great time! The house is perfect for 4 adults and four kids. We made most meals in and the kitchen was great. The kids loved the bunk beds and their own room and the adults could get away for some quiet time. The upstairs was large with a good TV and we all fit without a problem. The area is beautiful with easy access to central Vermont (think Ben & Jerry's, maple cremees, Vt State Capitol, Waitsfield Saturday Farmer's Market...). The swimming pool is well maintained and heated. The kids (and adults) spent a lot of time there. We also found a nearby swimming hole on the Mad River, which was a hit. The hosts were great and were very prompt answering our texts. A wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

Great Stay in Vermont

Our stay was wonderful at the Drumleys Townhouse! It was really clean and we had more than enough space! Great location and great communications with property owner! We highly recommend this site!

Relaxing Week in this Cozy Home

We spent a lovely Christmas week in this cozy home, which is very close to Sugarbush. The owners were extremely responsive to our inquiries and had a great manual to reference for check-in and check-out. There is plenty of wood for the wood burning stove, which adds to the cozy mountain atmosphere. Beds were comfortable and there was lots of room for our family of 4. We brought our dog and there were great areas for walking her nearby. Overall a great trip!

Great spot

The condo was close to the mountain and had everything we needed. Nice trails to walk our dog on (we saw a bear!), lovely accommodations, our dog loved it as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Drumleys Condo in Warren, VT

We had a wonderful time at the Drumleys. Brett, the owner, was great and super responsive. The home was perfect for my family which included 4 adults and 3 kids, as well as our pup. There’s plenty of room / beds and the home is well furnished. The location is ideal with a heated pool / tennis courts / basketball / great trails to hike all on site. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! Thanks again Brett!!

Great Family Stay!

We came to town in October 2022 for a wedding at a nearby farm. We were specifically searching for a place that would allow pets but also had space to spend time together. Brett’s condo was fantastic. The bedroom setup is great and the home is well cared for. Even the neighbors were incredibly friendly. While we weren’t in ski season I could see this being the perfect spot to stay with family while skiing. Brett was very responsive and the check in and out process was easy and seamless. The kitchen is better equipped than many places we have previously rented, too!

The most wonderful condo.

Drumleys is a wonderful place! The solitude of the place is amazing. We would sit there at night in the living room with all the windows open and the breeze flowing through and not hear any traffic or any neighbors. So quiet. (Although the next door neighbors are super friendly). Brett’s list of “things to do” was very helpful. And I have a whole host more for anyone who wants ideas. There were tennis rackets, soccer and basketballs for use for our kids. The place had everything we needed–and when we needed something weird, we just looked and it was there, too. Very well stocked and we felt it was lived in, but also very welcoming. The kitchen table with benches is fantastic. There are board games and DVDs and some toys. The bath towels and the pool towels were excellent. The beds and the quantity of beds is amazing. And the big bunkroom in the basement was perfect for our four kids. Everything was clean and neat and tidy. There is a front room with lots of hooks that is excellent. Drying clothes and swimsuits and dropping shoes. It’s a wonderful thing to have. The pool and yard and tennis courts were lovely. The big yard was perfect. Pretty to look at and very functional. Lots of room to run around and play. Anyhow, it was a wonderful experience. We’ve stayed at many condos/resort type locations and this one was my favorite one ever. Just being able to sit back at night with the windows open and listen to nature and feel the breeze was the best. The couch was comfortable and the big open space didn’t feel crowded even for our big crew of seven (four of which are over 6’2”). Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Beautiful location, comfortable condo

This Drumleys condo was great for our family. In most VRBO rentals, there is a scarcity of seating. Not here! Brett and Emily have a great sectional sofa that could seat everyone with room to spare! And it was comfortable. My husband was partial to the recliner. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We didn't use the bunks in the lower level, but the room is huge. There is a 2nd bathroom downstairs with a shower but no outlets that could be used for a hairdryer. The stackable washer and dryer were a nice amenity. The kitchen is small but incredibly well stocked. All the tools you could want, and plenty of dishes, glasses and flatware. The upper level living area looks out into the treetops and you feel surrounded by nature. The decks are small but had enough room for all who wanted to sit outside. The grill is small but worked great. Friendly neighbors, tennis courts and a pool that we were too busy to use. There is a mama bear and her babies that like the pool, but while our neighbor saw them a few times, we never did. The area has so much to see! Brett's list of things to do was extremely helpful. Definitely eat at American Flatbread Pizza, you won't be disappointed!

Perfect family getaway

This rental Is perfect for families. The condo itself was the cleanest property I have ever stayed in. The owner ( Brett) has thought of everything you might need, ranging from a fully stocked kitchen to a guest account - on his smart TV- that includes Netflix. The house also had very fast WIFI. The condo is perfectly situated in the middle of really good family dining options as well as top class hiking. There’s literally a trail that goes for miles outside your door. Brett is very receptive to any needs and answers all emails within a few hours. Just a fantastic place for families to stay.

Great getaway for beautiful fall foilage

Wonderfully relaxing place for a long weekend getaway. Lovely cozy place with nice amenities. We had a lovely time and would definitely book this place again. Booked for a long weekend of relaxation and hiking. Convenient to Sugarbush resort & Mad River resort. Stocked kitchen and linens provided were very nice to have. Owner was very accessible if we needed to contact him. Check in and check out instructions couldn't have been any easier. We had a great time!

12 Drumleys is a very nice condo and a wonderful setting. The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds are very comfy and the living room is a great place to hang out. In some areas the condo is worn or there are small damages for example kitchen draw near the stove does not pull out unless you open the oven and subsequently somebody has caught the wood on the draw. Overall this place was wonderful and Brett was a great owner who communicated well. The property here is beautiful and we would rent here again. It might be an idea to check curtain railings in bedrooms as they seem unstable.

Perfect Stay in the Mad River Valley

Incredible stay. Brett’s place is really incredible. My wife and our 11-month-old son stayed at Bretts cabin/lodge for a week and truly had a fabulous experience. The place itself is spacious with three levels, two balconies, a spacious living room with sky high ceilings, large dining area and a lot more. The property is right in the hard of the mad river valley and perfect for skiing, hiking, food, drink etc. in years of staying with at Airbnb and VRBO properties Brett stands apart as the most stellar host that I have ever booked with he is extremely communicative kind and gave us all the information we need needed for a great day and helped us out when I had a mixup on dates.

Summer fun in Sugarbush/Warren

This condo was perfect for our group of 7! The huge living room couch was the highlight- easily fit all of us and so comfortable! Two good sized queen bedrooms shared a full bath and a spacious downstairs room with 2 sets of bunks with a second full bath. Spacious mudroom actually fit all 5 of our bikes! Kitchen was a tad small, but we had our "chef" with us so just stayed out of her way! Knives were surprisingly sharp and there is a big electric griddle for piles of pancakes and a wonderful big blender. We completely enjoyed our stay and had no issues!
