    The Return Warren is a four-unit destination within The Return’s curated collection of design-forward stays, located in Historic Downtown Warren, Rhode Island.



    These four residences are rooted in Land Stewardship—honoring the site’s history as the former Warren Water Company and guided by the belief that land is not owned, but shared.     Welcome to your exclusive Main House retreat, featuring all four thoughtfully designed units for one seamless stay. With a balance of communal gathering spaces and private retreats, the home is ideal for groups who want to be together—without feeling on top of one another.



    Inside, you’ll enjoy multiple fully stocked kitchens, open living areas, dedicated workspaces, hotel-quality bedding, and spa-inspired bathrooms. Each space features thoughtful design touches — from modern coastal elements to warm, earthy textures — creating a cohesive yet unique atmosphere throughout.



    Just steps from Water Street’s restaurants, boutiques, and waterfront views — and close by Providence and Newport — this combined home offers unmatched convenience and charm.



    Shared Spa Access

    Guests have access to a beautifully designed shared spa area on the ground level, featuring a 6-person hot tub, sauna, fire pit, and outdoor shower. This space is shared with guests from the other units, and you may see others enjoying the amenities during your stay.



    Once home to the Warren Water Company, The Return | Warren reflects a philosophy of Land Stewardship—the belief that we are caretakers of place rather than owners of it. This idea informs the design throughout the property, creating spaces that feel grounded, restorative, and connected to the surrounding landscape.

    The guest has access to the entire home minus the locked cleaners' closet.

    This home is located in a lively, vibrant part of town, so you may hear the usual sounds of city life from time to time. The building includes four separate units, which means there may also be light noise from neighboring guests. This is a historic property, and some of the stairways are naturally narrow and steep. Please use caution when navigating them. Due to the age and character of the home, the doors may stick slightly during warmer months.

    - Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog be crate trained and that you pick up after your dog.

    - No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.

    - An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes.

    - Parking is available for 6 vehicles, with two tandem spots in the driveway and four spots in the adjacent lot, 100 feet away.

    - Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.

    - Please note: the dishwasher is available in the first unit only.



    GUEST VERIFICATION:

    To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



    Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



    Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
